Everything was going great dropped off at 8:30 am and was told I can come pick it back up at 10:30am. I arrived back to the shop around 10:40am and my car hasn’t been touched yet. When I asked the manager what was going on and he said he didn’t know. Then he started working on it him self. Customer Service is important and the face of your store should have that skill. I will regretfully shop elsewhere and hope that my tire insurance is not needed.
