I showed them a video of the hissing when I dropped off my vehicle.
They said they fixed it (and charged me $49 after waiting 2 hours with an appointment). The low-pressure light was on by the time I got home from my appt.
Called this morning to ask about replacing the tire with some "program" I paid extra for when I bought the tires. Was told to bring it in again so they can 'look at it' — after they already 'looked at it' a week ago. Talk about feeling scammed.. I do NOT recommend buying the additional protection. They'll give you the run around instead of just replacing the tire.
It's frustrating having to spend 30 mins in the morning filling the tire to have a shop with an attitude and unwillingness to help.
I feel the appropriate service would be "Sir, we're sorry the fix didn't work. We will get a tire ordered per the program and schedule you to come in to have that replaced. We will refund you the $49 since the repair didn't hold."

On her arrival, the brakes completely failed as the pedal went to the floor and she had to stop the car utilizing the parking brake. Towed the car to a repair facility where they found the hard line to the Caliper had been bent then broken due to a bolt missing from the hold down. When brought to the stores attention, they gave me the RM's name and number to contact for remedy. To date, all the RM has done is try to negotiate a lower price than the repairs that had to be made. Mistakes can be made at any time and place in any industries. How you stand up and fix or remedy them is what sets apart a good business from a bad one. So was trying to reschedule and was told most people drop their cars off because it could take about 2-3 hours. I politely said WHAT? They told me scheduling a time was not a guarantee it will be worked on around that time frame. What is the point of scheduling anything? Who has 2-3 hours to get their tires rotated which may take 20 min? Appointments mean nothing here. So good luck, hopefully someone can change/update the program to be an organized business. When I got there little Mike helped me. He was very helpful in deciding what tire would be best for my circumstance. They did not have the tire I needed at there store so he had to have one brought from a different store which I thought would take a while but it was there within an hour. Robbie is the mechanic that worked on my car. He did a great job taking his time and making sure everything was done right while still getting me back on the road in a timely manner. He also took the extra time to tell me and show me why my car was killing tires like it was. The only problem I had was while waiting on my car to get done a customer that was a regular came in for a oil change and BIG MIKE the other sales guy told the customer that they closed in 2 hours and they where to busy to get to it that day. this was a Saturday and told him that he would need to come back Tuesday if he wanted it done. The problem is they only had 2 cars they where working on at the time and after speaking with the other employees. They had plenty of time to do the guys oil change and could of had the guy done and out of there in 30 min. The only thing I can figure is Big Mike didn't wanna write out the paperwork on it. He was also really rude in the way he was acting towards the customer which I found very disrespectful. But besides BIG MIKE the rest of my experience was superb. A friend told me to go back because they didn't balance my tires correctly. I went back the next day (this is a 20 minute drive from me) with an hour and a half left of the day before close and I was told that they couldn't help me that night. There was one car on a lift in the garage and no work orders on their board. I had a 13 hour car ride the next day and now I had to push back my start time because I could only leave after they fixed the problem the next day. I went in at 8:10 am and the guy balanced my tires in 20 minutes (leaving me to believe they could have fixed this the night prior). He said that every tire was "way out of balance". About an hour into my trip, the Tire Pressure Monitor Light came on. It has never come on in the three years of owning this car. In the process of getting new tires, my TPMS monitor was broken.
