The day after picking it up a stud that was loose, jams in the brake mechanism and locks up my rear passenger wheel. It leaves me stranded and causes me to get it towed again back to them, where they explained that studs and lug nuts are “loose” all the time on cars so they didn’t deem it necessary to tell me on my first visit or the visit 6 months ago where I purchased a new tire to put on that exact wheel base. I have children that ride in my car and they don’t seem to care enough to mention defects they notice that could leave you stranded or in harms way. Will not use them or recommend them again. It was stated in your website no appointment nessasary yet the rude man said they had to wait on all our appointment customers and fit me in. 1. Never received a call back when job was completed and could not reach anyone when I attempted to call to follow up
2. Put a new hole/plug beside the hole the screw caused.
3. New plug and removal of the screw caused a complete air lost and tire to unable to hold air.
4. When returning tire the second time was told they were unable to repair the tire

I waited almost 4 hours for them to do an alignment, balance and rotation for them to not rotate my tires and the two front wheels don’t even have weights so they didn’t even do a balance. Then was told I needed a new tire in the back which they where probably lying about. In the end I had to spend about $330 and I was totally scammed. It’s not easy paying that much for a service let alone the fact that they didn’t even do the services on my car. Very friendly atmosphere. Was not pressured on some brake issue that need attention. After I get four tires for my wife Jeep this Saturday coming up, I will get the Brakes Done at Tire Discounters simply because I wasn't pressured. They just told me to be careful, and work on getting them done somewhere when I can. Love when I'm not pressured. Great customer service and very Friendly.
