First day they balanced them and said he needed new rotors and brakes and could do it next day. No problem. He took it back and when picked up he was missing is Harley lug nut cap. They told him they had issues getting it on and it must have fallen off. I called manager and all he gave me was, “we had a hard time but it left with four and must have fallen off.” No offer to admit they didn’t get it on good or discount. Paid full price for rotors and brakes and no offer at all to help. Those are hard to find and expensive. So much for finding a reliable source for your child while away. Then he brought me into the shop to show me what they found was and was not the problem. He worked with me to get a great price on a new set of tires. Each time I have been there for an oil change and tire rotation it has taken at minimum 1 1/2 hours. This time I made an appointment, only to be told when I got there that 'it may be a while, because we had some jobs come in that turned out to be big jobs'. I find it irritating that this becomes MY problem-that is precisely why I made an appointment. I am a reasonable person, but if you cannot honor an appointment time, DON'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS!!! In the past, even though I was annoyed because of the time issue, the staff has always been pleasant, but this visit they were not. They weren't rude . . .just . .meh. Like they couldn't be bothered. I do not have much knowledge when it comes to cars and am always afraid of being taken advantage of. However, this place was extremely truthful and did not do any repairs which were unnecessary. Asked for tire rotation and an alignment(all services I purchased earlier this year when I bought my 4 tires). This morning, the tire light was on again and strangely it's the same tire that has been low in the same location on the car!!! So I'm assuming the tires where not rotated and I still am losing air. By the way this is the second time I've gone to have this problem and both times they haven't found a problem.
