Have a great one!Rating 5.0February 9, 2017On Monday, January 18th I was at this particular Tire Discounters, I had a scheduled oil change and my tires to be looked at dit to not staying aired. The Thursday before I came in to get estimates on these services. I was helped by a very helpful and personable associate of tire discounters, his name was Todd. He not only scheduled my appointmentime but he also went outside to look my car over, even get under the hood and look around. I had asked him a few questions concerning different things and he did not hesitate to come outside to look my car over. And he gave me honest answers to the filters and different things that needed changed.
The day I returned to get my oil changed, air filter changed and tires looked at, I was given a reasonable time frame and he made sure it was the time since I had work that day. Todd made sure to help me that day as well, o rally appreciated having the same person who spoken to me before and knew my car needs before the oppointment, be the onext to help me the day of the apppointment. I also ended up finding out bad news that one of my tires
needed replaced. Right away Todd help me find an affordable for me tire that also was close to my other tires, he made sure the tire was replaced right then and that it got done in time for me to leave for work.
It is rough finding a place to get things for your car done that has timely service, friendly and helpful staff, and affordable prices, that keep a person coming back as a customer, but tire discounter has done it! Todd made sure all of that was true. And I will be a returning customer. They didn't just say yes, a tech. drove to my location, jumped the battery & followed me to the store where a new battery was installed within 2 hrs.
