Our truck is a 2012 so it is no surprise the bolts they needed to remove had rusted and fused ( or whatever rust does to metal parts ). What they had to go through to remove the bolts alone was daunting.
Amber and another technician stayed late to get our truck taken care of so my husband could leave for his long awaited trip. However, it seems that Huddle Tire Discounters in Logan Ohio, may just be the exception, at least for now. Yesterday, we, my wife and I, took her car in for replacement brakes, front and rear, flushing of the brake system and replacement of the brake fluid, and 4 new Michelin 80,000 mile tires with road hazard. The price was reasonable and the customer service plus the service work was exceptional. Amber, the manager, had given a quote prior to the work being done. When the job was completed there was a difference in the actual bill and the quote. The reasoning was that they had installed higher grade brake pads that what was originally quoted as heavy duty was installed and the quote was for standard. When questioned about the difference, he explained the issue, but quickly made it right and we only paid what was originally quoted. He also walked us through their credit card application with Synchrony Bank which gave us 6 months to pay with no interest and $100 rebate. All with a casual friendly attitude and a smile. The work, in my opinion, was exceptional, done in short time, and the overall experience was pleasant. Hopefully we have found an automotive home in our home town.
