- Rating 2.0April 23, 2025Wonderful about getting me in to look over my car, but when I called back the next day to discuss the quote I was given. I asked if I gave them the invoice number if they could look it up and we could talk about some of the work that could be done now and some at a later date if they could tell me what the cost would be associated with each set of work to be completed. The gentleman that answered the phone told me no he could not do that and then he didn’t understand what I was asking for so I will move my business onto the next establishment. Had an appointment for 3:30 and walked in at 3 and was told my vehicle wouldn’t be seen for another 2 hours. Explaining to him I had an appointment and already drove 30 minutes up to Oak Ridge and that I didn’t have time to wait 2 hours for my vehicle to be looked at and then also wait for the service. He talked to me like I was a child. I recently got my new tires from here and wanted to continue the service on my vehicles tires from this facility but not any longer. He told me I needed to come early in the morning and not wait till 3pm. My son was in there with me also and when we got back in the vehicle he couldn’t believe how rude he was to me. I just couldn’t believe how he was talking to me in front of people in there and my own child. It wasn’t really needed, I just wanted to continue my business with them but like I said, no longer. 1. Prices are fair some services are a lot cheaper than other local shops.
2. Their service after the sale is impeccable. They will go out of their way to help you.
3. They have an extremely friendly and helpful culture in the shop.
I called them in an emergency earlier today and they got me in and out fast! James, Patrick, and Andrew were extremely helpful. even though they were very busy and it was close to closing time. (Andrew has always been particularly helpful) I made an appointment and dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I caught a ride back from work 4 hours later and it had not even been moved from the parking spot. 4 hours! When I asked how much longer it would take to get it finished, the guy said, “ I don’t know where the papers are so I don’t know what you are having done!” (Even though I explained that after I walked in and gave him my name.) The vehicle had not been touched so, after telling them I would have to reschedule, a young man asked me to give him 20 and he would have it ready. (It took 30 minutes) I understand they are busy, even though I was one of 2 people there at the time, but I made an appointment for the service to work around my work/ride schedule and it was not a priority until I showed up to pick it up.
