The person said yes I can get you in today. He said anytime After 9:30. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment. I said I could come by between 9:30 and 10. He said ok I’ll put you down. I show up at 9:30 and he says “oh man I can’t get you in. It’ll be about 2 hours”. I walked out. What a joke. And to make matters worse, it’s the second time this has happened.
