- Rating 1.0August 31, 2021Was in dire need of of tire after blowing two tires on our camper on 40 West after 4 hours of driving end 20 minutes from our destination. Spoke to Brian who had one in stock. Since store closes at 6, manager said that if I could be there by 6 , they could mount the new tire on my rim. Unfortunately I drove to the wrong location who did not have any in stock. I called Brian to explain that I had ended up at the wrong store but can be there by 6:10. He spoke to the manager who refused to stick around for an extra 10 minutes to help me out. I explained that I was screwed if I couldn’t get this tire , but manager could care less.Must be some 20 year old kid who doesn’t know the meaning of helping people. Ended up sitting on Route 40W till 11 pm when insurance company was finally able to get a flatbed. YOU GUYS BLOW! I’m now sitting in David’s Tire Pro watching them out 4 NEW tires on my RV. I would highly recommend David’s over these boneheads. Hopefully the owner reads this! - Rating 1.0July 24, 2021Don't go here. I called this tire Discounters and setup a day to drop off my vehicle to have a 4 wheel alignment done and to have fluids checked for leaks. Verified over the phone the price of 4 wheel alignment and when I drop off my vehicle the guy there tells me that is not the price and says maybe for the 2 wheel alignment but not for the 4 wheel alignment even after I tell him I called and was quoted that price. So I walked out and did not leave my vehicle and will not go there again. It is too bad because I went there based on recommendation so I will tell the place that recommended them what happened and no it will hurt two businesses. - Rating 5.0April 19, 2021My low tire pressure light came on so I pulled into a parking lot & saw that the tire was flat. Just across the street was Tire Discounters. I went over & told Barry and he quickly drove my car in so they could pull the tire off & check it. It's not a standard tire so they had to order from their warehouse. Barry said he would send someone over to pick it up. I had just come from Costco so had frozen/refrigerated items so he offered to put on my spare so I could drive home to put things away. I called from home & he said an employee had picked up the tire and were on the way back. I figured I'd be back at the store about the same time. The car pulled to the right with the spare so I told them I might need an alignment but it was not. I hate to say this but I think some other tire place would have cheated me cuz I'm female & said I needed one. Zach processed my payment and was polite & professional.
