Bought 4 tires in August. Only took 6 hrs. Had to return 3 times to get the tires balanced correctly. It was literally bouncing down the road. Was given a quote to get front end repairs. Lower ball joints. After getting a quote from a different store I scheduled a service 3 weeks in advance,with the Mt.Julet location. They said they could not find the quote in their system and it would be $260 more. I gave them the ok and was told it would be done today, Monday.
This is Wednesday and for the second time this week,when I call them for the statis of my truck,I’m told it’s on the rack. I was also told this on Tuesday. Today I went to the store and dropped my truck off at 8am this morning. I tried calling numerous times to check on my vehicle. No answer. At 5:30 pm still no answer when I called so I went to the store. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes with no one to help at the front desk. Finally an associate comes out and tells me they haven’t serviced my car yet. I told him I see it on the rack. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. When he finally came out to tell me I needed to replace some parts that were covered in the $3,000 I had already spent money on. He said I needed and additional $2500 worth of work done to my truck. So my recommendation to anyone is if you want to get robbed go here. The "fixed" parts on my car were not installed correctly and the bolts came loose within one month of it being repaired. I took everything back. They have now had my car another 5 days but haven't fixed it or called me or gave me a refund. This company does very unprofessional work. I am very unsatisfied with the Mt. Juliet store and it's staff. They don't value their clients time, & make people wait a week or more for a simple fix. Once they got to me they were finished in 10”. I questioned the time in doing the alignment and he said it only takes 10 minutes. Before going to Tire Discounters, I went to another tire shop (with a similar name) and they would not even look at the tire since I had attempted to repair it myself. Tire Discounters inspected and then repaired my tire for Free even though it was an original equipment tire that came on the vehicle and not purchased from them. They do care about the customer. I left for KY and paid $20+ in air for the front right tire, prior to returning to TN. I brought it back and Shawn the GM told me there was nothing wrong with it. He said it was the sensor, even though I had a manual gauge that showed the air was low.
After the third visit, I had a man to call and speak with Shawn. Guess what? It got fixed! The stem was leaking air... WOW, really. He wouldn't come out and and tell me, but sent another gentleman who actually had customer service skills. So I made an appointment. Brought the car in and waited while they ordered an oil filter as they did not have one in stock. When checking out they gave me a bill for $120.00! I asked why so high and they said the oil filter was $67.00. They also added $9.99 for shop supplies. They didn’t mention the price of the oil filter when I booked the appointment or when I brought the car in. It never came up until I went to pay. I have since looked up the price of the oil filter. Most auto parts stores have them for between $10-$15. BMW sells them for $24. $67 is just a greedy shop taking advantage. I have had multiple oil changes with this car without anyone trying to gouge me for a filter! It’s unfortunate because I liked the shop and was going to buy tires from them. Called to schedule an appointment to have my sensors checked because my car was giving me a message to have them serviced and one tire was showing low although it was not low when checked manually. I’m a pediatric nurse caring for a patient with a TBI so I asked about pick up and drop off and it got messy. Spoke with Darrin who proceeded to tell me I don’t have the correct place and I must be thinking of somewhere else. When he admitted they do service sensors I asked about pick up/drop off and he began to interrogate me as to what makes me think it’s the sensor system. I repeated to him I was getting the message from my car to service the sensor system. The response to this was 20 questions as to what’s wrong with it…hmmm strangely I thought that was their job to find out. Then more questions followed by he’s confused as to why I don’t just drive it in because it’s drivable. I explained I would be working with my pediatric patient and it would be helpful if someone could pick it up and drop it off. This was again followed by “I can’t find you in our system and I have a customer in front of me who wants to buy two tires. Let me get your name and I’ll call you back!” After the treatment I received I knew that wasn’t going to happen so I told Darrin to go take care of business with his customer. It’s laughable that there is no record of myself or my husband in his system when we recently bought a set of 4 tires from him. Warranty and all. Getting service on alignment on car. Was patience enough to leave the car there since i work two doors down from them. Was told car should be done around 1pm. Ok. Great im fine with that. When 4pm come went down to see how it was goin to see that the car was not even being work on still sitting in the parking lot. Was told by one of the rep he'll bring the car to me since im only two doors down. He ask what time i get off work told him 10 pm . Ok,he said ill bring it over. Come around 930 pm. No car was there no phone call telling me that the car is not complete or cant get it done tonight. For an alignment does not take an over job !!!! Im very un happy now i dont have a car to get to or to work simce is in the garage of the shop. Did not get any phone called telling me such or if car will not be done. Heading over to get the car after work. What in the world. Its inside not outside in the parking lot. I want my refund back on what ive have paid to get the service done !! Now how im i supposed to get to work on the morning while the car is not even finished for an alignment an alignment job !!! Very un happy pwrson now. I have each time been very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians, to the service received from Chuck and Taylor at the service counter. Had to return with issues after tire pressure valves were replaced, and they gladly and promptly worked on the situation to correct the problems. Not only did they take care of me, but about a week later I get a phone call from Chuck, just to make sure everything was okay. Little did I know that I had locking lugs, and no key.
They were able to get them off and do the job.
They didn't have any replacement non locking lugs in stock, so Chuck ordered them and they are going to put them on as soon as they come in.

Pulled into the lot only to be informed they were closing in 4 minutes. Attendant looked at the tire and said he would go ahead and fix it. Fixed the tire at no charge. I had a co worker jump me & I went straight to TireDiscounters to see if they had a Battery that would work for my Vehicle and Immediately Chuck helped me. Both times were met by Chip Wood with friendliness and eagerness for my personal business. No one likes to go the tire shop, but they made it more comfortable and were more attentive to me than other places. Also a big plus is location to shops and restaurants.
