Costco has better customer service and prices too plus tire warranty included. No respect for the customers time. Employees who just arrived were switching out letters on the sign board instead of working on cars when they were obviously backed up with cars. If you plan on bringing your car here, plan on camping out for the whole day. I made a appt for 8am to have tires put on my truck. By 9:30am my truck was still sitting in the parking lot and had not been pulled into one of the bays. At 9:40, I finally ended up leaving with my truck. The review that said they were in and out in 2 hours I find that hard to believe. I believe these shop people must have been union city workers prior to getting jobs a tire discounters. A flat repair, oil change and rotation took 6.5 hours not including a one hour wait to get the car into the shop. First they had no record of an appointment I made on the phone last week, even after I had called when to confirm one I made online. Second, they were short staffed and it was obvious they were very inexperienced as far as customer service training. Third, there was no explanation of what the bill would be or estimate prior to work being done. Forth, I requested to save one tire as a spare and after 3+ hours I had to request again, with no apologies or concerns. Fifth, absolutely no leadership and urgency shown amongst anyone working there.
So I could go on and on. Conclusion is I will never return to store on East Main Street in Hendersonville unless they drastically change their management and customer service practices. 3+ hours for 4 tires and an oil change is ridiculous. Thank you so much for the kind words and we'll see you again when you need us! - Rating 1.0March 7, 2024Scheduled an appointment to have tires rotated, I showed up 10 minutes early, they said it would take about an hour and a half, I went back almost 2 hours later and vehicle wasn't touched and it appeared that it was just forgotten about. I chose to still have them do the work that day and finally got a call back a little over an hour later, went to pick up vehicle and noticed the left two tires were rotated but not the right two tires, I knew this because I numbered the tires with a pen. The manager brought me to the tech and he said he rotated them and she said, "that's all I can go off of is his word" I went showed her the numbers on the tires and how they were initially numbered clockwise from the front left and the right two tires hadn't changed positions. The tech also just threw my security lock lug nut socket into his tool tray and didn't return it with the car. Once they brought it down, they realized they put the wrong tires on my truck. Due to this mix up, I had to spend 5 hours at the store getting new tires installed on my truck. All I got for this was a whopping $26 discount which I think is ridiculous because something that should’ve taken 2 - 2 1/2 hours max took double that time. The lady checking me out told me the total was going to be $1298 out the door when I purchased the tires and the total came out to be $1272, so a whole $26 off. On top of that, while waiting for my truck to be finished, she decided it would be a good idea to get into an argument with a customer and then decided to unleash a flurry of cuss words after the incident. I agree the customer was in the wrong, but there’s definitely better ways to go about this. Only real problem I had was that I specified a particular tire pressure that works well on my truck with the larger size tires and they were 6 lbs lower than I asked for and they reduced the tire pressure in the other two tires.
