Was called the next day and was told that they could not do it that day that the tires had to be ordered. I asked why the calendar let me make the appointment, and was told that the calendar does not interface with the warehouse. It seems to me that is something that should be part of the process. I was then told that I would have to put down a 50% deposit because the tires were special order. The tires were listed on the website with no mention of "Special Order". It seems to me that if it is on your website it should not be a special order. I would assume unless you are manufacturing tires that a company orders all of the tires they sell. I was told be the customer service rep that she did not have enough zeros on her paycheck to do anything about this. Same as first time, one tech sat while messaging on his phone while customers waited and and while not sitting he walked around at slow pace still on his phone both visits. It took 55 minutes from time vehicle was pulled in and started to do a rotation and balance. Tech had nothing to hold him up too. Moved slow as malassaes. Didn't inspect front end due to alignment off just as it was before I purchased my new tires and did first alignment. Then forgot to do alignment before bringing ticket to front as though it was complete. Seems atleast 2 out of three techs aren't committed to quality and customer service. If coming here again I already know it will take way longer than it should even if they were busy. I've witnessed the same exact thi g twice and by same techs while eating for long periods of time. Only real problem I had was that I specified a particular tire pressure that works well on my truck with the larger size tires and they were 6 lbs lower than I asked for and they reduced the tire pressure in the other two tires.
