So I dropped my truck off at 900am and at 115pm a girl that I seen when I dropped truck off called said my tires weren't delivered today and I'd have to either leave my vehicle till they come in which supposed to be Monday, that's why I waited a week and your company can't get your tires in ? So basically my truck sat there for 4hours for nothing!! For the past 26 days, I have been without my primary mode of transportation, and this ongoing issue is placing a significant strain on me. Not only have I been incurring additional Uber charges, but I am now also faced with the expense of renting a car to manage my daily needs. The vehicle in question, which was serviced by Tire Discounters where oil was placed into my coolant reservoir and antifreeze put into my windshield washer fluid reservoir on July 3, 2024 was my daily driver, and its absence has created considerable inconvenience and a financial burden.
I understand that these situations can be complex, however, I would greatly appreciate any information on the expected timeline for resolution. I was advised early last week on this site that my complaint has been escalated. I’m deeply disappointed to share a troubling experience with Tire Discounters, a company I previously trusted and supported. On July 3, 2024, I had an oil change performed at their Myatt Drive location in Madison, TN on my 2023 Chevrolet Corvette. Unfortunately, the service resulted in a severe mishap: oil was mistakenly added to the coolant reservoir and antifreeze put into my windshield fluid reservoir causing significant damage to my vehicle.
Despite multiple attempts to address this issue, including speaking with the Myatt Drive Store Manager and contacting the Corporate Office, as of 9/4/24 an equitable resolution has not been reached and as of the date of this post, I am still left with an undrivable vehicle.
I urge anyone considering Tire Discounters to proceed with caution. Their stated commitment to going the extra mile and owning up to their mistakes falls short in practice. I came in without an appointment on Friday. The place was packed. I wanted new tires and wheels. She set me up on a computer to view the wheels. She made several phone calls for me while attending to other people. I decided on the wheels I wanted, and she advised that they would be in by Friday and would call me. Today ( Wednesday) she called to tell me they had arrived. I dropped my car off, and we opened the boxes together. She was as excited as I was at my new chrome wheels! I knew I had brake problems, and she assured me they would be checked out. She called me back and told me what I needed. I told her to do whatever was needed. She called me back when the work was done. She could not wait for me to see my new tires and rims. She is so knowledgable and friendly. I have such great respect for her. I am so pleased with the service I have received from the store. Kristen is a huge asset! I called a few minutes later and she told me to come around 3-4. I arrive at the location and they give me nothing but excuses (instead of solutions) on why they can’t get to my car. Also, not once did she inform me that the location would be closing at 4. Why would you direct someone to come close to closing time? - Rating 1.0June 19, 2022On June 11 I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to have a set of 4 tires on my car which also included the free alignment. The alignment was not done at the time due delay issues they were having, I have a coupon for the alignment. Within less than 50 miles of driving the low tire pressure light came on along with the message "tire pressure sensor fault".
I made an appointment for June 18, 9:00 a.m. to have this checked, the manager informed me I needed to pay for a replacement valve plus labor. He offered no compromise on the cost, instead he insisted it was no fault on their part and I needed to pay for the repair. I declined the repair, as I had no issues with the sensors prior to the tires being replaced and felt I shouldn’t have to pay for it.
I told him I’d be contacting corporate regarding this, he told me to go ahead then proceeded to tell me I would no longer be allowed on any Tire Discounters property anywhere because of my attitude and this would be noted in corporate records.

My car was finished at 6pm so I don't understand the delay at all!! Is this location short-staffed?? Very disappointed that it took so long. I also lost a hubcap when I left your shop and it ended up on Gallatin Road. One hubcap fell off as I was leaving and they couldn't get the other hubcap to stay on at all !! Tires replaced on a Saturday. Store closed on Sunday. Appears the valve stems were not installed properly. Hope TD can fix these issues. I’m very disappointed. Additionally half the lug nut covers were hanging off.
