- Rating 1.0June 14, 2024Disappointed! So i get a text my car is ready. I call and talk to Gracie. She told me what was noted. I asked why and what was wrong with the vehicle. She was not able to really explain or help me . She stated she would need to call me back. She called me back and was still not able to explain or give me details . She said when i come pick the car up they would explain. I left work early so i could get there so they could speak to me. I walked in and waiting a couple minutes. My husband came in as well and Gracie ask could i help you and i stated an here yo pick up key to my car. She pulled my key out of a plastic sleeve and handed us my key and said Thank you . That's it!!!!! Where is the sorry we were not able to help you and the explain????? so they didn't even give me the time a day to explain why they couldn't fix my car. Sorry they couldn't fix my car or anything.. The reason I'm leaving this is when I spoke to Eric last week I was super excited. I explained him a little bit about what my car was doing. He goes no worries. We'll take care of. It will look at it and see what we can do.. so I came in around 7 o'clock that morning waited on them left my car like I said, got the car. She couldn't explain nothing to me said when I got there to pick my car up, they would explain it to me and as I said before, I was just handed the key and wished away. . So I don't agree with a lot of reviews that there's great customer service. I do understand that they're not able to work on a lot of vehicles or certain things, but that should've been explained to me. So I took my car that morning Not knowing what was wrong with it, I picked my car up that afternoon still not knowing what's wrong with it. I guess that's why they're called tire discounters. I'm not disappointed that they could not fix my car. I'm disappointed because when I got the phone call, nothing could be explained to me. OK that's fine. She didn't know what to tell me, but she did say when I got there to pick my car up, they would explain why they couldn't fix it or what was wrong with it and that didn't happen so I am disappointed on Customer Service . Moving forward, I think if Gracie is going to tell a customer that they will explain everything about your vehicle when you pick it up I think she should make sure that happens instead of just giving me no details and just handing my key and not acknowledging us anymore. My husband came in as well so they could speak with us. what a bad experience I had.

Took my truck straight to my warranty shop after this and sure enough, the problem was there. Usually it’s been fair pricing and service.
I had bought 4 new tires here in February. Brought in my car to get the tires rotated a month ago. By the time I took the Vietnam Veterans exit, my tire pressure gauge light in my car went off. I stopped at a gas station and aired up the tire because it was a few PSI lower than the other tires. A couple weeks later and the tire is flat. I air it up and bring in my car. They said it wasn’t a defective tire, had side wall damage, and wasn’t covered under warranty and charged me $179 for a new tire. Well, I didn’t have any issues with the tires until immediately after getting my tires rotated.

I arrived just prior to the shop opening and waited on site for an oil change. It took THREE HOURS! Had I known it would have been that long, I would have left and not wasted my entire morning waiting for my car. What I find additionally irritating is that the customer in front of me was told it would take 30-45 minutes for her car, yet it took several hours for mine?? NOT okay! When I asked how much longer for my vehicle to be taken in, I was told mine would be next. Well "next" turned out to be 40 minutes later before someone came to drive it into the garage!
