James was at the counter and laughed about it. He said that it amazes him that people come there to get their lights changed. I explained that it was changed whole having my oil changed. He told me to go to Autozone. He then went out and looked at it, took the bulb out and put it back and told me to go to Autozone again. He acted like he didn't want to deal with it. He could of just changed it when he took it out to look at it. It wasn't his money. I've never had a bad experience until this. I will not be returning. I had things to do not run around looking for a bulb. Especially when it was just replaced.
