Today we were packed and loaded with kids in tow ready to head to Michigan for a baseball tournament when we realized the low tire light was on. We had a screw in the tire. We ran it up to TD and as always they were happy to help. We took the kids to grab lunch and they had the repair done for us in less than an hour. - Rating 1.0November 4, 2022I had a tire replaced here and the service was fine. However, when I needed brakes replaced I thought I would receive the same good service. I was wrong. They were not able to work on my car due to having electronic brakes and said I needed to take it to my dealership. I made an appointment and when I took the car in, there was evidence that work had been done which caused damage. Called and spoke to the manager who we bought them from he said i dont understand how that can happen?
Dropped off my car after we put air in it to get there left it all day for them only to find out they put a bad tire air valve cover? I use them only for oil changes as the location is within walking distance from my work so I can just drop it off and walk back. That was fine. Thought it was disingenuous that person working said they didn't have time to rotate my tires while we were there and we woudl need to come back at another time.
