She took all info and said she would get info and call me back. Called them numerous times and no info was known. Even spoke to manager who said would take care of it.No return call. So I called Michelin and they suggested I go to Discount Tires which I did today Nov 5th. I have 4 new tires with warranty adjustment on my car today. So I would not recommend nor ever return. Had they said they were not capable of handling job would have had more respect and glad they were truthful instead of being told they would call. I showed up two hours before my appointment because my tire was about to pop due to the tread and they were slammed, but still managed to get my car in and changed all four tires within an hour.
