After discussions with the store personnel I decided to give them the work even though the price was slightly higher. Mistake, 3 of the four have scratches and 1 is horrible, although they say it was noted prior to work done "bull". Wouldn't someone advise the customer prior to work done so there is zero confusion? I was told it was noted on the paperwork. None of my paperwork says a word. End of story is this use your judgement but I will never bring any of my 5 vehicles there ever. No option for zero stars. After feeling a shimmy in the front end we brought the car back and had the tires rebalanced. After awhile it started again brought the car back and spoke with Steve. He took the car for a drive to feel the same shimmy we felt. He them replaced a tire with a new and rotated the other shimmy went away. I had them put the tires in the covered bed. When I noticed the damage 7 days later and asked if they would accept responsibility the Regional Manager told the local manager to tell me I couldn't prove they did the damage. They treated me like this after having 3 sets of Pirellis ($1300-$1400) on 3 vehicles in less than 2 years.
