Their own website says they don’t repair 2/32 or worse. I don’t like having my time wasted to have someone tray and jerk me around to buy a new tire when I don’t need to. Especially around a holiday (3 days before Christmas) when I need the car. I go in to have a tire noise checked out and was told it was my wheel bearing and I had a strut blown. The bearing was bad, however the struts are fine. Trying to charge me to replace something that's not broken. SCAMMERERS!!! I had my vehicle checked by a real mechanic and guess what...struts are in great condition. I paidj for oil change, new brakes, new rotors and tire rotation. I was quoted one price then when i went to pay it was higher. I paid the bill went home and was showing my wife that I had got her breaks and rotors replaced when I realized they were the old ones still on the vehicle. I called the GM and he said couldn’t be because he watched the mechanic change them. I took the vehicle back the next day and asked the Gm to get the mechanic that changed them come and look. The mechanic looked and told the GM they were never replaced, if I would not of noticed this I would of had the old rotors and breaks after paying a large bill. I was upset but kept my cool. These things should not happen to a customer. I buy my tires and always get my vehicle serviced there.
