Said they couldn’t do the alignment that day because they didn’t have anyone who could do it, had to bring it back on December 17th. They should’ve let me know when I made the first appointment that I wouldn’t be able to have it all done in 1 day, I would’ve scheduled a day when I could’ve & it shouldn’t take 3 hours to put on 4 tires!
