My front driver side tire needed air so I went to have it filled up. I was told that my tire was to low to fill up that it was a safety issue and that I should go to a gas station to fill it myself. I was shocked because I bought the tire from them and that they were letting me drive away with an unsafe level of air in my tire. I was clearly confused and upset.
I drove a minute down the street to Tire Discount and was helped! The employee filed up my tire and found that there was a screw in it.
This is should have been done at Discount Tire!!
I will only be going to Tire Discount from now on

This was supposed to happen in one appointment, but wrong strut was delivered. I had to make another appointment to replace the struts. Not a big deal mistakes happen. The 2nd appointment I dropped my car off at 8am and initially no one knew I was coming and they couldn't find the part. After about 10 min they found the part and said it would be about 1.5 hours until it was done. Knowing that there could always be issues I waited 3 hours to come back and get my car. It wasnt finished and was still on the lift. No call from the shop that they were running behind. I sat and waited for another hour before it was finished. The whole time I waited no apology or even a word spoken to me. When I originally arrived to pick up they said another 15 min which turned int over an hour. The gentleman ,who was on vacation the prior week and was completely unorganized when I originally arrived, seemed to think this whole situation wasn't an issue. Very poor customer service for not calling and saying there was a delay and not empathizing with his customer. I had to reschedule an appoint that afternoon for my work 30 min prior to my meeting due to this. If a call had been made I could have prepared for it and scheduled accordingly. The response from the counter guys here was horrible and I highly recommend for anyone not to have any service here. Further proof is when I arrived another gentleman was sitting and waiting. Had 2 tires losing air and found valve stems were not replaced. Salesman never informed me that valve stems were not included with installation of new tires and did not ask if I wanted new ones installed when vehicle was dropped off. No alignment was done to my vehicle after tires were installed. Had to bring vehicle back to have these things corrected and was not pleased with the unapologetic attitude of the salesman who had handled the sale.
