I didn’t have to go up to the counter to ask “how much longer”; Josh kept me as well as the other customers well informed! A couple days later I was packing for vacation and noticed they did not re-attach the skid plate below the oil pan. They were closed so I fixed it myself. I stopped at the store when we returned. I was first told they were not responsible because they would not have removed or loosened the skid plate. Absolutely NOT true! I was told twice that I would receive a phone call about the matter but that never happened. When I stopped at this location to ask about this I was told that the corporate office would never call about something like this but had credited $7 and some change to our card. This was for the hardware I purchased to replace what they removed for the oil change. Meanwhile I told my daughter to take her car there for a tire rotation. She was charged $70 because "they needed adhesive tire weights not the clamp on type". I was informed by another reputable tire shop that these weights are about the same cost and there is NO reason to charge $45 more.

I asked for a quote for an oil change but not to do the oil change. They called a few hours later to let me know that they had accidentally changed the oil anyway. They did give me a discount but is beside the point. They also forgot to put the mileage sticker on the windshield. Something seems to be different and changing at this location.
