I had a flat and they were close by me so I gave them the opportunity instead of having my car towed back home which was an hour away. They lied to me by saying my tires were illegal and they were not! They had plenty of tread left. They refused to fix my flat and tried to up sale me. I had already spoken to someone the night before and stated what I needed and made it clear that’s all I wanted and they still pushed. Instead of calling me, they kept texting me to call them. Then to top it all off they don’t even have a safe box for keys. I own a newer Kia with a smart key and a lock gas cap, there’s no way around it to lock the key up in the car. I will never use them again. I purchased 4 Cooper Endeavor Plus tires and there is a lot of excess rubber all the way around each tire and at the seam of the tire treads as if the tire mold was not tight when molded. The tires look like secondhand or “imperfections” and it looks terrible. Not sure if Tire Discounters only sells imperfect tires or what but I hate them. Then it was only a couple hours that my car was done. During the whole time tirediscounters kept up communication to make sure It was OK to proceed with what needed to be done. Everyone was super nice which means alot to me. Thankyou for fixing my car. They even included 4 free oil changes. - Rating 1.0December 7, 2022The manager was not helpful at all in explaining or resolving why they were telling me I needed 2 more new tires. I had purchased new tires (4) 3 years ago. Had my tires rotated regularly. Purchase 3 new tires in the following 2 years. 1 replaced a damaged tire and the other 2 were their recommendation. Had the alignment and balancing done by this establishment only. I went in to have them rotated in 2022 and was told I needed 2 more new tires. When I questioned how this was even possible, I was told that was how it was. I went in for a tire that has repeatedly lost pressure. Went I went to pick it up they told me I needed new back tires, never looked at the bad tire for any leak, did not even put air in it and was not going to tell me. I had to call Cooper tire myself to talk to them about a warranty claim. The store will not call. Then cooper said they have to call and the manager Darryl had all the information wrong so they denied the claim. Luckily, I had all the receipts to show everything. Cooper honored the warranty, and I got new tires. No help from Darryl. Take care and we will see ya again when you need us.Rating 5.0May 6, 2022Stopped in to the Beavercreek location for my regular oil change on 5/4/2022 and had a few requests to check out my front left drive axle, ball joints, bearing, and control arms because I was hit right in that wheel back in January. The body shop my truck was fixed at even had to replace that wheel and they contract out to another shop. I was still having a vibration and noise from that side that changed with the load on the wheel as I went around corners and came to a stop. Darrel, Mike, and Shannon along with the tire tech quickly found that when my bumper had been pushed in that it had take a couple chunks out of the middle of my tire. Shannon checked everything out and said all the suspension parts were solid and on his several test drives it all was good to go. I can always count on them to provide me with the best most honest service, and even though I was only there for an oil change I left with 4 new tires because that one needed replaced. The attention to detail for the safety of the customers is outstanding and appreciated. I had put probably 2000 miles on that tire since the accident and had it back to the repair shop to find out what the noise was and they never could find anything. I know TD 38 is on top of things since it only took them a few minutes after having my truck on the lift to find the issue and to alert me to it. After, noting that I was a student, I had received a discount. They had also offered a "roadside assistance" in which would help if I end up with a flat or any tire issues anywhere at anytime.
