I took my vehicle to him for a tire issue, he QUICKLY found what was wrong with it, had this new tire retrieved from Ohio. He had fresh coffee made, had bottled water in the refrigerator, he treated me with respect. He is such an awesome young man, extremely organized, listens to exactly what you are saying. When we received our truck back, one of the TPMS lights was on, the manager at the time tried to fix it and my husband spent over 8 hours during 2 days and nothing worked. The manager then said it was a Dodge problem and we had to take it there to get fixed and reprogrammed, called Dodge and said that was not correct. We took our truck back to the Walton location for a rotation and balancing in August of 2023. Told the new manager, Jeremy what had happened. He said he would put in all new TPMS on the tires, problem fixed. Thank you Jeremy for going above and beyond! This location completely DESTROYED the paint on all 4 of my wheels. Tires all had varying pressure causing the car to tell me to check pressure only to learn they were overinflated by 12-18psi. WAX was CAKED all over the tires hiding all the stratches they left behind and it cost over $40 at a car wash by hand with paint safe cleaner just to get the caked on wax off.
