- Rating 1.0May 5, 2025this feedback is really a continuation of feedback from 02/27/2025. Had to bring truck back 04/27/2025 because truck shaked and shimmied (Was in Florida for month and a half) told sales girl at counter about shimming and that rear Differenyial was still leaking (Invoice #ITW-1131048861) also got oil change (Invoice #ITW-1131050373) 2 hours later told me truck was done. Looked at invoice befor paying and all it showed was that oil change had been done. Had to ask about shimming and leak ? 30 minutes after the girl looked for some one to tell her about shimming and leak they said it was Break Palsation, so then I had to ask about leak, 10 minutes later they told me it needed an Axel Gasget. I told them that theytold me on Feburary 17/2025 it was a differtial gasget and that I paid $167.99 for what i was told the problem was, but it still leaked and now needed axel gasget costing $208. Should have been diagnosed correctly the first time, or the $167.99 credited to the cost!!Still haven't had repair done, was waiting for Feedback message from TireDiscounters> John Cain, 513-484-7310Rating 1.0April 24, 2025I came into the independence 131 location to see if they would inspect my vehicle which gratefully they had no problem doing. Upon inspection was told three of my tires belts were bad causing the issue with my vehicle. I also asked if they could check the alignment and anything else that could possibly be wrong with the vehicle. I was told the alignment and everything was good upon asking for the print out but was told by the sales person they had not been given the print out of said alignment check. Which makes me wonder did they check it at all. I got the three bad tires replaced was there from 2:20 pm till 6:35 it was not that busy of a day as the one technician had enough time to stand and vape inside the facility on camera I’m sure very unprofessional. Finally getting my vehicle I made sure to check the lug nuts were all properly tightened. During this I noticed the front passenger tire didn’t look right at all. Leaving the lot the car honestly felt one hundred percent completely worse. I have video recordings and documentation of all this completely my car has a tpms that tells you the tire pressure. My front right tire was at twenty six psi, the front left 32, left rear at 33. Again I recorded and documented everything. I get to the Kroger across the parking lot to put air in the my tires which should have been all properly set already. The front passenger tire didn’t wanna take air it was actually losing air instead of inflating also I don’t not believe my tires were actually balanced at all. The front right even I see no weights detecting it was not balanced. Leaving Kroger heading home my vehicle drives and handles absolutely terrible it’s worse now than it’s even been. Thinking possibly due to the low air instead the tire. I make it home wake up the next day. Go outside and get the tire to fill to thirty five and still my vehicle is handling acting and driving way worse than before I brought it to them and they worked on it. My wife needed new tires.
She works in Lexington, drives from Independence 5 days a week. I called in the morning to make an appointment. They explained they don't really make appointments for tires, and they were pretty backed up. I explained the situation with her work schedule. I spoke with Mark, I believe the Sales Manager. Mark put me on hold for a minute, came back, and said if we can get it there by 4:30 they would make it work. We dropped off at 4:30, they had it done in about an hr.
