A few minutes out the road and I knew I had a flat. I was in a hurry due to having doctors appointment soon in the next town over so had to get it fixed quickly. I drove approx a mile to Tire Discounters and the techs were immediately out the door to work on this. The tire had a considerable rupture in the side & could not be fixed. I had to buy a new tire. They did the pre-inspection of the tires, and started making arrangements to get the tires exchanged. They got me in first thing, on a Saturday morning. They then had to deal with a mountain of paperwork, which they executed in a short time. My tires were waiting for me, and they did the exchange in 30-45mins. They are polite, friendly, and professional. Great staff, that knows their stuff. Manager, Bill Bussell, is very helpful and most of all HONEST and Trustworthy. He is very capable and does an excellent job managing the Paris, KY store. I have my tires rotated free and they always check my alignment. Twice I've been told I needed alignment by the Hyundai dealer but I've brought my car back to Paris and had a second opinion and found that both times my car was in perfect alignment.
