- Rating 5.0October 22, 2016The management had to do a lot of paperwork, to exchange my Michelin's (M/S2). It was a dry rough problem. They did the pre-inspection of the tires, and started making arrangements to get the tires exchanged. They got me in first thing, on a Saturday morning. They then had to deal with a mountain of paperwork, which they executed in a short time. My tires were waiting for me, and they did the exchange in 30-45mins. They are polite, friendly, and professional. Great staff, that knows their stuff. He is very capable and does an excellent job managing the Paris, KY store. I have my tires rotated free and they always check my alignment. Twice I've been told I needed alignment by the Hyundai dealer but I've brought my car back to Paris and had a second opinion and found that both times my car was in perfect alignment.
