On that day, we departed our home in the North Carolina traveling to the Chicagoland area to be with family and friends. Upon entering Lexington, KY the “TPMS” light illuminated on the dashboard. I pulled off the interstate and stopped into a shopping center parking lot. Upon me checking the air pressure all four tires were low (27 psi to 30 psi). On that day of travel, many states, inclusive of Kentucky were experiencing colder temperatures moving into the area quickly. I searched on my smart phone and located a Tire Discounters location on Bryant Road that was in proximity of our position. I then drove to this location and enter the store. Upon my arrival I was welcome by Joey Keys, General Manager of this Tire Discounters location. I presented my circumstances to Mr. Keys and without hesitation, Mr. Keys assured me of his interest to resolve the issue promptly. Mr. Keys requested that I present my vehicle to a select service bay door. Upon doing so, a technician greeted me with air hose and gauge in hand. The technician was professional to check each tire and then inflate to the proper PSI setting as prescribed on the tire placard inside the front, drive side door. Our whole visit to this location was less than ten minutes. Please note, that there were other vehicles within the service bays have working being performed. However, Mr. Keys and the technician were kind enough to pause of what they were doing to focus on resolving my presented issue promptly. Upon my departure, Mr. Keys wished me a Merry Christmas. On behalf of my wife and me, thank you to Mr. Keys and all involved at this location for their level of kindness, professionalism, and help. After getting a rotation and balance this last time, I had to go to Akron. Just out of Akron on the return trip low tire pressure light came on. Both rear tires only had about 24 lb of pressure.
