The staff there was very quick and efficient in diagnosing and getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road home! Georgetown store said they couldn't do the alignment because I had a handicap van with a lowered floor so They sent me to the Psris, Ky store. The guy there said they could do it at the other store and if I wanted them to do I would have to come back 5 hrs. later. I said that wasn't an option. After further discussion with the manager and phone calls to Georgetown store, he decided to do it then. They had one other car getting service at that time.
