They were booked up and couldn't look at it for several hours, but they filled up my coolant for free so I could get home. And they did it with a smile. A tire tread had come off a truck on 75 and hit my car parts were hanging loose on my car he put them together with zip ties and help me ti be able to get back home safely. I had my father in O2 in the car and my mom with dementia also in the care it was 715 he was closing and he stayed over to help. This man was a night in shinning amour I was about to loose it. - Rating 5.0April 8, 2017My wife and I found ourselves in a world of trouble after playing pinball with a wall on I75N heading back to Indiana from a funeral in Tennessee. Without a huge amount of money, we found ourselves stuck in Lexington with two blown tie rods. We luckily had a very helpful tow truck driver who drove us immediately to Tire Discounters. The staff there was very quick and efficient in diagnosing and getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road home! Ronald Litton could not have been nicer. We are on our way to a Memorial Service for my husbands Mother in Columbus, Ohio. He got us in and out in under an hour. James Price balanced the new tire which was way out of balance and rebalanced the others. Very good attention from both men. Georgetown store said they couldn't do the alignment because I had a handicap van with a lowered floor so They sent me to the Psris, Ky store. The guy there said they could do it at the other store and if I wanted them to do I would have to come back 5 hrs. later. I said that wasn't an option. After further discussion with the manager and phone calls to Georgetown store, he decided to do it then. They had one other car getting service at that time.
