- Rating 1.0January 21, 2025Not great, I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change, I marked my front wheels with a permanent marker because I have had issues with this business before not rotating the tires, and guess what it happened (or didn't happen again) again.This will be the last time I use Tire Discounters. I spoke to Terry. He did not push me on the High Dollar Tires. I went with the lesser price for my usage. They did a nice and neat job in doing this. I am very happy so far with these tires. Also knowing. I get free Tire Rotation AND BALANCE at no charge. So. I wanted to get my Oil changed in my vehicle. I made a appt. It was for 11:30 AM. I got there about 11:15 AM. When I got there I spoke to Jacob. He set it up for me. He took it back about 11:30 AM. Let me say. I used to do my own all changes. But. I am older and can not get down like I used to do. I am VERY, VERY Picky with my car. The Mechanic Name was Eric I believe. I talked to him. He was very Polite in talking to me. He did what he was supposed to do. Now. Again. I said I am very Picky. When I got my car. You could not even tell someone was in my car in doing this. His appearance was also very neat. He seemed to care in what he was doing. So. After all this. I am taking my wife`s car next. I used to deal with another place up the road from them. I will not say their name. No way will I go back to them. So at this point. These people have a customer from now on in What they did for me. My Hats off to. Terry, Jacob, and Mike. Please keep up the Good work you are doing. It is VERY hard to find people any more and care what they are doing. I hope the Big Guys who own Tire Discounters. Read this. You better keep these people who are running and working at this Store. - Rating 1.0September 27, 2024In May of 2024 I had to get new tires put on my sports car due to really old tires. Got the tires at a good price (discounted) but, the employee apparently does not know how to properly close a non-pillared doors! They used the window to close the door getting it out of track. Also, creating a chip in the glass because while rolling the window down and back up, the glass got caught on the track chipping it and I notified the manager about it (ON A RAINY DAY) and he got it back on track at the great expense of ripping the door panel apart to get the job done creating multiple other jobs. Long story short; I missed out on an entire summer of car shows I was going to place this sports car into and major headaches and unnecessary stress - car ended up going to Bob Hook Chevrolet to get the door panel repaired. It is now September 2024. Still waiting to get things buttoned up. BTW Tire Discounters tore off the under-body air dam (M.I.A.)!! REALLY?! COME ON!! The only plus side is (TIRE DISCOUNTERS PAID FOR DAMAGES) NOT MISSING/TORN ITEMS. I will not be returning to any Tire Discounters; neither will my family and friends. BEWARE T.D. WILL MESS YOUR VEHICLE UP!!Rating 1.0August 31, 2024Had an appointment for oil change which should have taken 30 to 45 minutes. After 2 hours of sitting in the customer waiting area, I was approached by the manager and one other person and was told they did required service maintenance and handed me a list of things they wanted to do to my vehicle. They had come up with $800.00 of items they wanted me to consent to. I said no. I never asked them to do anything else. All I came there for was an oil change. About twenty minutes later they said my car was ready. They didn't put the tag in windows with details about the mileage and next date. Tag was handed to me at checkout. Nor did they reset the needed oil change warning on my instrument panel. 1800 miles later I checked car and found very low oil. I don’t believe they changed my oil. I have no leaks. Car kept in garage and no oil on floor. I took car back and asked them how I could be so low on oil after only driving 1800 miles. The only response I got was they would never not put oil in a car and that there must be something else wrong. I didn't accuse them of not replacing the drained oil, I was accusing them of doing nothing and charging me. I believe I left with same amount of oil in car when I drove in. Maybe tech was mad because he spent all that time doing something I never asked for and wouldn't authorize. One thing is for sure I will be taking my business elsewhere. My sister also goes there but not anymore.
