My wife dropped her Tahoe off ran errands and at 2:49pm we had not heard anything. I called and spoke to Terry only to find out they haven’t touch her car. Because they had to big service job. Why make appointment if you’re not going to do it. On top of that if you already know you have a service job why not call and let’s us know. They told me that they could accommodate me so I took the wheel up there and within 15 minutes that had it fixed and I was on my way. Excellent customer service from TD, especially on a Saturday. We are new to the area and we’re looking for a good honest auto shop to maintain our vehicles.
As we soon found out, this is not the place
I made an appointment 5 days before , as this was the first opening they had to get my tires rotated and oil changed
I came in at 4 as requested on a Friday afternoon
Waited 2 hours in the waiting room
During this time I spent watching my truck sit there for sometimes 20 minute stretches, with no one attending to my vehicle
I watched as not one person approached the tires?
I finally saw my truck go on the lift, but not one person looked at the tires.
A lot of people were emptying trash cans as it was approaching closing time
Finally after over 2 hours the girl at the front desk said you are all done
As I go to pay for the service she said Oh we did not rotate your tires as the treads are to low
And that will be $108 for a 2 hour oil change.
I asked her why I was not told this 2 hours ago. She just shrugged her shoulders.
I don’t mind if that is their policy about rotating, but to wait fit 2 hrs is ridiculous
I looked at the paperwork and it said they put air up to 35 lbs in all tires, although I never saw anyone do it, I was happy they did that at least.
As the young man drove the truck out to me he said he really liked my truck, I said thanks.
He said do you want me to put some air in that back tire, it looks low
I said the paperwork said that you filled all tire to 35 lbs
He looked at me and said we never even looked at your tires!!
What?!!
I get horrible customer service
Waited 2 hours
And then get lied to
I will never come to this place again and urge will urge others to stay clear also

I had an issue with my tire that every place said I had something I needed to replace. However, none of these "fixes" actually did anything for my tire. Finally, Tire Discounters at Mt. Washington were able to fix the issue in no time as well as not charge, due to it being a very simple problem. Sometimes they do...sometimes they dont......many more times it is not. This time was a NOT. This upsets me, pay good money and a job is not completed all the way.
