    I would give ZERO stars if I could.
    I don't normally leave reviews. If a business does well or even I presses me they continue to get my business and those of my friends and family (power of word of mouth).
    However, when a business has failed to uphold quality service or product I feel it's important to warn others if what they may be getting into by using said business.
    In April I took my Honda CRV to TD for 5 new tires, an oil change, a transmission flush, brakes if needed, to diagnose my malfunction A/C, my passenger window as it has stopped working as well as my drivers side window as the auto feature has quit working. Yes, that is a lengthy list. They told me it would be a day or two and offered Uber. We had arranged for another vehicle through a friend so didn't need their Uber. Once they begin looking at the car they call a couple of times with updates. The updates were...
    They couldn't do the transmission flush as the car was too old and they felt it could damage the engine and that we should take it to a Honda Dealership Mechanic, ok no problem. Told me the brakes were fine still and they did not recommend changing them right now. Ok, cool. Tell me the A/C's compressor is bad and would need replaced. We declined to get that fixed. So just the windows now...the passenger did not roll up or down. They said the motor and master switch needed replaced. Ok. Passenger window now works ..ish. it's real slow and whines and clicks as it's going up. The driver side window didn't auto but did go up and down when you held the button. Now, it will auto up...then auto right back down. You auto down, it autos right back up. So they replaced the master switch...again. still the same problem. They say they are gonna get a Honda specific masterswitch to see if that makes a difference. Ok. They guarantee they are going to get this fixed. Ok. Over 5 separate drop offs total for all of this. My driver side window auto still does not work. The passenger side sounds like it's gonna go out again, still. They smeared Vaseline all both windows. Said it could be a censor. That maybe the window 'think' there is something in the window (like a finger) and that is why it autos back down. We have at this point 'handled' the situation by me frustratingly getting a refund for everything but the tires and oil change( was supposed to be free with free alignment when you purchase x amount if tires but they charged me and so gave me a coupon for a free oil change). I have used other TD locations over the years and have never had quite this much unnecessary trouble. I have so many questions but it all gives me such a headache at this point. Oh and they had to issue a refund because they charged for a service I didn't get. I mean overall, I didn't get much service apart from tires and an oil change. Sigh ... Use caution here.

    I had a terrible experience with the Preston location today. I have to get this off my chest because I am fuming over it!! I had a 12 o’clock appointment today 2/22/24 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I have been going here for years. I always schedule an appointment and know it takes roughly a hour to complete this service. I called Monday 2/19/24 to schedule this appointment and was told the earliest appointment I could get was noon on Thursday because they only have one person who does oil changes right now. l completely understood and accept the appointment. When I showed up on time ready to leave my car explaining I would be waiting I am told my car won’t be ready until 3pm! I am stunned by this time frame to change oil and rotate tires. I ask the gentleman behind the desk what the delay was and he proceeded to tell me they only have one person doing oil changes at this time causing the delay. I am completely confused because I already knew they only had one person doing this job which is why I couldn’t come in until noon. So my question to Tires Discounters management is why are you scheduling appointments for this service if the service can’t be completed in a timely manner? Just don’t offer this service if it can’t be completed or at least warn your loyal customers with appointments that the times are going to be ridiculously long and you won’t want to have to wait but drop your car off instead. Had I known this I would have never scheduled this appointment or wasted my time driving up there for nothing. Or better yet space the appointment out more appropriately for timely service!! don’t assume your customers want to spent their day at your establishment waiting forever. Or don’t take appointments at all! I don’t know the answer but it is terrible! So terrible I just canceled my appointment. The employee at the desk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule! I couldn’t believe it! Why would I reschedule? I not going to wait 3 hours any day to have my oil changed and tires rotated. So Tire Discounters? Who do you recommend to provide this service in a timely manner because I am looking for recommendations since you can’t provide this service? Please reach out and tell me who can do this service like it should be done because the Preston store can’t do it! It might be a good thing Strickland Brothers have an established next door because you can’t get the service done in an appropriate time frame. I am completely annoyed right now and would love the hear from the management team on how this is appropriate customer service. Maybe this company has no use for loyal customers ! I would love to hear tire discounters thoughts on why this is acceptable!

    Place has terrible customer service.. used them for 9 years and everytime I go their rules change on what services they choose to do and don’t do on certain days depending who you talk to. They won’t see a dollar out of my pocket in the future. I’ll take my money elsewhere

    Everything was great, I called at 3:00 about my tire light coming on and asked if they would have a chance to look at it. He said yes as long as I left it. I also remembered that I needed a tire rotation and asked if that could also be completed and the answer was yes. The found the cause of the low tire and patched it and then also rotated the tires and I had my vehicle back before they closed.

    Only car in the lot this morning. Dropped it off at 8am. Worked all day then back and not touched. An oil change and tire rotation and 8 hours later no heads up and not touched. On the rack all day and no work. Complete waste. I won’t be returning

    Absolutely above and beyond as always. Went in with a bolt in my rear driver side. Tech noticed bubbles inside my tire and called me out to show me. We both had never seen that before. Ended up getting two 285/45/22 Perelli Scorpion AS tires installed on the rear of my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited. With all that said for some reason now my alignment is off. Was fine prior to getting the tires. Truck now pulls to the rt. Not saying it’s anyone’s fault it’s just very odd.

    Don’t come here. Dropped truck off at 930 am on sat. Had an appointment set since wed. Sitting in waiting area since 330 pm and it is now 430 pm. They still aren’t finished. I was having 4 new tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment. Other customers are irritated as well. One guy dropped his car off when they opened and they still haven’t gotten to it. Said it will be Monday before he can pick it up. I have always had a good experience here until this time. Not sure if it is the workers or the management. But Tire Discounter has lost a long time customer.

    My friend went in there before work, and the man not only drug out the time she was in there until it was too late & refused to help her, but he mad fun of her the whole time using a literal "durrdurrrdurrr" mocking voice like a middle schooler. I hope he loses his job, and I never wish that on people, but that amount of disgusting behavior means he needs to get his crap together out of public. He's lucky I wasn't there to call him out.

    Brought my car in for four new tires and an alignment. My alignment wasn’t done correctly so I brought my car back up there and asked for them to fix it. The manager bill made it seem like i was an inconvenience to his now busy afternoon schedule. I had to wait again after already been there in the morning waiting. And my wife who also uses the car work night shift and had to work. So that put our schedule behind. And he never apologized about the inconvenience just got loud and rude to me.

    Hello,
    I am a loyal Tire Discount customer. So much so that I have persuaded several my neighbors, family members & friends to entrust their vehicles to have work done. I have had my vehicles and my daughter vehicles serviced there for several years. Although we all agree that the cost are a bit pricier than other vehicle repair shops, we continue to take our cars there for the peace of mind. A recent interaction has greatly diminished my trust in your company.

    On Wednesday, 12/30, I had my car towed to the Tire Discounter located at 9514 Preston Highway. My car would not start at home. I received a call from Justin informing me that the car started right up with him with no problem. He mentioned that I may have a short in my starter but will check it out. A few hours later he contacted me & indicated that it was indeed the starter, & my battery was low. I asked him to move forward and replace the starter & battery, also it was due for an oil change. He quoted me the price of $824. The price was much more than I anticipated & honestly could not afford. I can’t imagine that the battery was more than $200, so the starter must have been over $400. However, I trusted that the job a good job would be done. I thought that winter is approaching and I would rather take care of the issue now. I informed Justin that I would be by to pick the car up first thing in the morning. Later that day I received a call that the car was ready for pick up. A follow up call was shortly after indicating on my voice mail that the car stalled when starting it up to pull it in the garage & that it may be a fuel line issue. Thursday morning I went to pick up my car & was informed that they had not yet checked the fuel line because they were waiting on the equipment to test it. I received a call saying that it was not the fuel line and there were no issues starting the car. I went to pick up my car. While out running errands, I attempted to start my car. It would not start. After several attempts, I contacted Discount Tires to inform them that the car was still having issues starting. This time I was speaking to Jacob. During our conversation the car started. He mentioned that I should take it to a dealership and have them run a test on the electric system. I’m curious why I paid $825 to fix a problem that was not resolved. I am out of $824 and having the same issues prior to Tire Discount “fixing the problem.” The only thing that I feel was done was my bank account decreased. If it was a job that Tire Discount could not manage then why charge $824? I do not have $824 to spend on a hunch during a time that groceries and other essentials are inflated. If I should have taken it to the dealership, I wish they had told me that in the beginning before spending $824. That is more than my entire week of pay!!!!!!!. As you can tell, I am highly upset. I was an advocate for your company and I feel cheated & betrayed & I needed to share my feelings with you. My experience will be shared to anyone that will listen to me including coworkers, neighbors, family, friends, & strangers that I happen to strike up a conversation with. Moving forward, anytime time anyone speaks of cars, it’s an experience that I plan to share. I will request that they all share the information with others as well. Thank your employee Bill for doing such a great job of doing nothing & charging me

    In a world of crappy customer service, I always felt that Tire Discount set themselves apart from shady mechanics. I always spoke highly of Tire Discount. As of Thursday, I am disappointed and have placed them in the same category of crappy service providers. Please inform Bill, Justin & Jacob that I cannot afford to take my car to the dealership or any another place to have it fixed right now. So it will have to sit until I can afford another $824 to have it fixed. I’m sure they will minimize the issue and not be accountable for taking advantage of a loyal customer, like they nonchalantly did to me as I looked for understanding.

    Had oil change. Sticker was not replaced. Called and asked if it could be mailed to me. Was not not capable of doing that. A little disappointing. Still did a good job

    I got to the store at 8:20 am today. I bought four tires and spent over $800.00. I was told by the girl at the register that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to get my tires changed out and an alignment, they said they had to wait for some tires to get to the shop which would take an extra hour. I returned over three hours later and they still had not even pulled my truck into the shop yet, I go inside to ask them what’s going on and the lady behind the register proceeds to tell me that since we dropped the truck off and left it with them that other customers who have showed up since I had left pretty much took my spot in line and I got moved to the back of the list over and over. So instead of ever making me aware of this part of the “process” or calling me while I was gone waiting on my vehicle to let me know it would be multiple hours longer than I was told originally, I get a careless and rude employee telling me basically “oh well, not my problem”. I was originally told it would take 3 1/2 hours to get everything done, I spent over seven hours waiting just to get four tires on my truck and an alignment. The girl at the counter who I don’t know her name because her jacket was covering her name was rude when I asked her why it was taking so long and when she explain to me that I was moved back in the list repetitively that that’s just a part of their process and it’s out of her hands and there was nothing she could do for me. If this is in fact the case for how you all do business you should make that very clear to everyone who goes in there before they wait multiple hours to find out that they have to wait more multiple hours because they’ve been skipped in line multiple times. I am absolutely unsatisfied with the customer service I received today. I also checked the box on my paperwork to get my old tires back, and when they were finished I had to ask them to put them back of my truck because they tried to keep them. When my truck was finally finished they pulled it over into the parking spot and went on to work on the next car without ever notifying anyone that my vehicle was ready for me to pick up I had to ask the guy at the front desk if it was ready or not and he had no idea he had to go look for himself because there’s obviously a serious lack of communication going on at that location. To top everything off, The TVs that were playing in the waiting room was showing show called “cheaters” where I got to sit in the waiting room and listen to profanity being yelled out across the room for hours from the show they had on the television. Today I experienced a complete lack of professional quality from the employees.

    I dropped my car off at 10 and returned at 4 when they closed. I didn’t receive my car until 4:50. I had a tire sensor replaced but the tool to reprogram it was broken. Just not the best of experiences

    I went to your store and bought a tire. I was treated so wonderful. Your employees answered every question, were very polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. They were very busy, but didn't hurry me along. I have told everyone how professional and how nice you all were. I will definitely be back!!! There are not many businesses these days that treat their customers like family any more! Thank you so much! Definitely FIVE STARS!!!

    This is the second time I used this location for a tire patch or replacement. I call ahead for appointments each time and still had to wait over an hour before my car was looked at. Both times while I waited I saw someone walk in with a flat tire on a rim get it patched up and and fixed meanwhile my car has still not been looked at. I will never use this location ever again.

    Price quoted on the web site was lower than what I ended up paying? This was even after I got a so called discount because I had ordered the tires took a day off work and all the tires weren't there on my appointment date?

    After being told by a dealership that I needed 2 tires, I called to price them at TD. I chose to get the tires there. Once they looked at my tires, I was informed I only needed one. Then, with some creative thinking, they were able to actually repair the one that was deemed irreparable at the dealership. Expected 2 tires, at least, left paying NOTHING!!
