Justin White was the manager at the time. He was supposed to do rotors and brakes that I provided. Then my radiator had a hole in it, so I asked them to replace it. I also asked them to do a recall on my car. Was lied to about the recall, the over charged me and then the also blew my motor on my car. That's right. They blew my motor. I didn't even have my car for 90 days and they blew my motor. I did contact the DM Chris Tarter. They sent me 240 of my money back for being over charged. My car is no longer drivable. The motor is blown. They did put me in a rental for a couple of weeks, but now they want to fight me on this matter. All I asked for was 2500. That is a down payment I put down and all of my money back for the radiator and the work done. The real kicker is my husband used to work there and this is how they truly treat people. I would not take my car to another tire discounters. Please watch your receipt and be careful. Only allow these people to work on your tires and brakes. It took me a lot of hard work to save for this car. I'm disabled and they will truly take advantage of you. I'm now without a car. I will be seeing someone from the company in court because what they did is dead wrong. I was told it would be about an hour to get to my car. I ran my errands and when I returned they were ready for my car. Found out by getting four new tires and in less than a week I was pulling up to the gas pump and the tire cracked like an egg. Took it back and had to pay for another tire. Ok, but then two of my new tires including the one I bought again wouldn't hold air. Slow leaks. Was told it was my tire stems. Which are expensive because they have air detectors in them. I said they wasn't like that before. Then they're going to charge me for the stems which are ungodly expensive. But I informed them that wasn't why I replaced all four tires. It was only done because the old ones were just not up to my safety standards. Second time I've had problems at this place. Since according to them everything was my problem I went to another place and they said that the tires on the front wasn't properly sealed. Also no charge since I paid so much and the store refused to take blame. Also I never got my alignment that I was under the impression came with a four tire replacement.keep me from submitting my comments unless you got my personal email won't stop me from telling everyone. I bought a full set of tires about 8 years ago with fantastic customer service, Had tires rotated w ever 5,000 miles n a timely manner. on my last rotation I wats advised that needed new tires. New manager, worst experience I have ever had and I'm 78s yr old so this was not my first rodeo. Waited 4 hrs to get tires and they were IN STOCK!!!! gave me a coupon for a free oil change....(because it took so long ......Made appt. took b2 1/2 hrs, for oil Change....Made appt. Fri too have tires rotated.... arrived at 12:50n for 1:00 appt.....Lot was full and asked how long it would take and one lady had been there siionain a will advise anyone I know to dob the same. Note: He asked me for my email address and he never follow up. We have purchased 5 sets of tire in the past 2 years for different cars and trucks. I have always recommended tire discounter. Today I called the Preston Street store, they had just opened. Justin White answered and asked me to wait, he was just opening. When he came back I explained my grandson had run over a screw and need to get it fixed. He asked when I wanted to come in. I asked if 9:00 am would be alright. My grandson got there and was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it until 1:00 pm. I called back and explained I had called earlier and he had told me 9. He said they had 30 people in there this morning and that was the time. I explained he should have not told me 9 am. That it was kind of annoying to think service would be done at 9 and to find out when you get there it is now 4 hours later. He then told me it was annoying to be talking to me and have customers waiting. At this point I felt the best reply would be to hang up! I get to the store picked up my grandson. I went to take his key in for them. I gave Justin his keys and asked if I had talked to him earlier. “ he said sure did “ I said okay then he yelled you have a Good Day, I replied you too! I read several of these comments and I think custom service is a big issue. Thanks!Rating 5.0February 14, 2017After being told by a dealership that I needed 2 tires, I called to price them at TD. I chose to get the tires there. Once they looked at my tires, I was informed I only needed one. Then, with some creative thinking, they were able to actually repair the one that was deemed irreparable at the dealership.
