I got the call that it had a nail it land had been repaired and I could come and get it if I was ready. I was thrilled!! I bought my Kia in earlier then the appt time and they were able to get on it right away. The only thing that I would recommend are a couple of shades because the Sun shines so strongly into the waiting area. I was there 5 hours. Was told they only had 1 technician that day. So they gave me a coupon for. Free oil change which was very nice. I called to schedule that yesterday. Was told they were booked solid. So that was fine. Then he said he could actually get me in the next day at 10am. So I went in today, sat there for an hour. My car was never moved from the parking lot. The lot was full of other cars too. I heard someone say that they only had 1 tech there (sounded familiar). I left and went across the street to Valvoline. I understand being short staffed. - Rating 1.0October 10, 2022Visited this located for a second time in 3 months and again it was a mess. Visited in August for a scheduled (appointment) oil change. I was told I could wait and it wouldn't take too long. Took nearly 3 hours and I stood and watched as 4 of the service technicians collectively worked on one tire (not mine) for 20 minutes. When they completed my oil change and pulled my car around they had not rotated my tires as they were supposed to do (I had marked one of the tires to confirm location because I was fairly certain they hadn't rotated them the previous time I brought it in). When I pointed this out to the young man he acted aggravated. I coldn't tell if he was mad a me or at them but they took it in, rotated them and 3hrs 30 mins later I was finally finished. I emailed the customer service at TD and never heard back a word.
I decided to give them another shot on Saturday. Had an appointment for my daughters car for an oil change and tire rotation and told them I would be waiting for it. Appointment at Noon, dropped it off at 11:30am and told them I was walking across the street to grab a bite to each. Came back at 1pm and car hadn't been moved. At 2pm I asked the manager where we stand on things and I was told they would be getting me in shortly. At 2:30pm I asked again and my vehicle was finally pulled into the oil change bay. At 3pm they still had not touched it while it was in the bay so I told them to give my vehicle and I took it elsewhere for my work. Always consistent. I am not sure what has happened to the store but it is not the same. I had them change rotors, pads and one caliper on my jeep last week and I am really regretting it. When I first picked up the jeep, it immediately made a loud noise out of the left side that had the caliper replaced. When i inspected the tire, the caliper was not bolted on correctly and was flapping back and forth which is really unsafe when driving the vehicle on the highway. I took the jeep back up there the next day and they fixed. I also brought up that the right side that just had the rotor and pads replaced that there was a large squeel noise coming from the right side but they were too busy to address at the time. I ended up dropping the jeep off this morning so they could fix the noise. I took more time away from work and dropped off the vehicle and when I picked up the vehicle a couple hours later, the noise was still present and I am now getting a heat and smell from the right side. Honestly, I am not even sure they did anything with the jeep after I left it. I made an appointment for an oil change on my lunch break. I dropped my car off and they told me it would take an hour and they would give me a call when it was down. After two and a half hours of not hearing a thing I called up there, they told me they got a little behind and were working on it, that it should be done in an hour. It wasn’t ideal but I understand things happen. Because of the work day I couldn’t get back up there until 4 and half hours later. I arrive to find my car exactly where I left it. They hadn’t even gotten to my car yet. Then when they realize it I was treated SO poorly and that I should be understanding and just come back tomorrow because they were so busy. The desk worker was TERRIBLY RUDE to me. So frustrating.

Returned for both issues and nether were fixed. The service didn't take long and I left satisfied but then later in the day one of my spark plugs started misfiring. So I brought my truck back in and left it with them for them to service it then next morning. Upon completion the next day they handed me the keys and explained that a spark plug was bad and I had a tear in my coil wires and they replaced it for me at no charge.
