The sales manager Tiffany Cull states that will be around 59 dollars for your rotation and balance. I told her I have a warranty on the tires which I purchased from the last store manager at this location for both my vehicles. She states she couldn't find it in the system she would need to call her manager Bruce Scharinger for help. Bruce came found it immediately and pointed it out to her in the system. I was there at 8am. I told the manager I only needed the back two tires. I went in and told the assitant manager I only needed the back tires. At 11am I called and they said it would be noon. I got there and it was not ready. They had replaced all four tires. I was told it was the managers decision. I told them to put my front tires back on. 2 1/2 hours later it was ready. That's 6 1/2 hours for two tires an oil change and replace three filters. I had to take my car to Autobaun mechanics off Hugh ave to have spark plugs put in and they told me one of the warning lights was on because the filter was not installed correctly. I would not recommend this Tire Discounter. The manager was rude and condescending. He also cannot follow customer directions. Don't make an appointment because it doesn't mean anything to them.

And asked for something very specific to be checked. It was 4:30p before they took my car in but they took four walk ins while I waited. Not too mention techs kept walking in and out of showroom to visit and goof off. Managers appeared to be standing around in the bay. Then and hour+ later I was handed a $2600 estimate for things I didn't ask to be checked. That were all a dire emergency that needed to be fixed ASAP. I asked about one of the items and was informed by the mechanic, "it's only something we would notice". A week later I had to stop driving my car because car got 10 times worse. Took to another mechanic as soon as they could get me. Mechanic called me asking who last touched my car because it was missing a lug nut and he took the rest of by hand. Unacceptable to say the least. My original tires had about 40,000 miles on them and I decided to come back to Tire Discounters. I had bought tires here several months ago for my wife’s car and the customer service was fantastic. I purchased some Nexen tires and was very dissatisfied with how they drove and felt on my car.. I had about 200 miles on them.
I went in and talked to Bruce about my problem.. I had never been in a situation where new tires were a problem! He suggested going back to the original equipment tires since they would be a better fit for the car. He called around.. found some and sent someone to pick them up..45 minutes away and asked me to come back later that afternoon.
He personally made sure they got my car in.. and even performed a new alignment just to make sure everything was perfect. I see in other reviews from this location that Bruce is often mentioned as part of the great customer service and I can certainly attest that is true. He has a great team but I can say he himself went completely out of his way to make sure my problem was fixed to my satisfaction.
I can’t say enough good things about him and this place!! This place was packed and very busy the entire time I was there waiting and they made sure everyone that came in was taken care of quickly.
I hope this review finds its way to someone in the company that can give Bruce as well as his team the recognition they deserve.

Take care and we will see ya again when you need us.Rating 1.0March 20, 2023I had a slow leak in a tire that was previously installed and purchased at tire discounters. I have made multiple trips and spent countless hours at the location waiting for them to repair a slow leak in the tire. One visit they asked if I was sure I had told them the correct tire that was slowly losing air because they could not find the problem. They sealed the tire all over and claimed they fixed it, even though they couldn’t find the issue that was causing a slow leak. After several visits and the same things being done to the tire, they magically found a LARGE hole in the tire wall that was causing it to slowly leak again.
Not a coincidence in my opinion. It was probably the same hole that just kept growing and they never bothered to find the issue, just tried to give me a quick fix. Walked away after my final visit, having to purchase a new tire, spent $200, and was never offered a discount even when I questioned how it was the same tire, same slow leak, and never a problem found during the other multiple visits when it was leaking in the past few months that I had come for a repair.
This has always been my go to for tires, staff has always been helpful and friendly. They admitted this once I caught it.
4-27-22, came in with a nail in my front drivers side tire. Asked for a tire rotation at the same time which they did free of charge.They took care of the tire, cost $28.96, confirmed tires were rotated and all was good to go. Took about 60 minutes. So far, so good.
Leave, 25 miles down the road and my car signals that, yet again, my front drivers side tire is low. Pull off the side of the highway, it’s visibly going flat.
So…. Makes me think the repair didn’t work and that they didn’t actually rotate the tires since it’s the same tire location and that’s super coincidental.
Go back, ask to see the video of them rotating the tires. they admit they didn’t rotate the tires despite the receipt saying it was all checked and verified by #14885 and #3602.
So, they fix (again) the punctured tire and ACTUALLY rotate the tires this time. Took another 90 minutes… basically wasted my whole morning by the time I include all the drive time and had to cancel a dental appointment as a result. Got there at 8:52am, and finally left at 12:40pm after the entire ordeal.
Honestly… the tire is one thing, and it wasn’t that expensive, but the wasted time and hassle was extremely frustrating.
But, the most irritating thing of all, is that they clearly LIED to me about having rotated my tires, and I only caught it because their repair was poor and they admitted it once I asked to see the video of the tires being rotated to prove they actually did it.
The guy at the counter, Andrew L, was pleasant and fine. I’m sure that guy just took the other guys word for it, but whoever the guys doing the work in the garage were, they are apparently poor at their repair work and worst of all, they are just liars. This is exactly the sort of thing car mechanics etc get a bad stereotype about.
Apparently broke the tire pressure sensor when actually fixing it too. They tell me they replaced it and it should all be ok. We will see.
