The entire staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. I ended up getting two tires replaced, but I was still in and out relatively quickly, especially considering I didn’t have an appointment.

I noticed that the store was a bit busy and there was a lot of things to be taken care of but I think everyone who walks in the door should be met with a warm welcome no matter how busy the store is(Common Hospitality).
Also I'd made an appointment at 2pm and I kinda feel that I was put on the backburner because the service I was receiving was free ("5000") so I didn't end up getting my car back until 2 hours later. I feel an appointment should be honored no matter what you are paying. When I asked the gentleman how long he thought it would be (totally not rushing him) he just said to me "a while". If I had of know a while would be 2 hours I could have planned to get other things accomplished. It just seemed really vague.
I work in hospitality/customer service so I understand how tough it can be to manage a full work load and still show genuine concern but it is definitely possible.
I don't mean to be so tough on this one guy because I TOTALLY understand the industry. He actually turned out to be a very nice guy once I got my keys back. He asked question about my occupation and called me by my name and was very pleasant. I was surprised at how well he was engaging with me. So I would say the initial approach could be improved while under pressure but the finishing approach HE NAILED!
Overall, I was just pleased to have the work done and I appreciate you all.
Oh and I almost forgot, the store was Extremely clean. Over time some things start to look worn but it was just as clean, if not cleaner than the first time I went. No worries, they do a free alignment check, they tell me. So I go to pick up the car and asked about the alignment concern. It was on the receipt as having been done. So they can't find the report and it turns out they didn't actually do the alignment. They put it on the rack (its after closing time now) and find the alignment was way off. They corrected it and I was on my way. The next morning, I went to the car and found one of the tires flat. They must not have even cleaned up the rim. Oh, and it was Sunday and they were closed.
