I know some of these were false because they were JUST fixed or replaced within the last year or two and not the 5 that they were claiming. What they DID fix wasn't even an issue.
They included a tire rotation and now my alignment is all out of wack and pulls heavily to one side. My PSI looks fine in all four tires.
I also got my car back with the Check Engine light on. I called and the guy told me to drive around for 20 minutes, "it's a Dodge thing". I understand doing a drive cycle, but nothing has fixed it. I'm also still getting "Change Oil" pop-ups.
The sticker they gave me for my next oil change isn't even close to what it should be. Close to 120,000 miles off. And it's not a missing 0. Odom In at 143075, and my check time is at 18,000 miles?
I've called and sent messages for appointment requests but haven't heard back from anyone. Dropped the truck off for a whole day and they worked on it and said it was ready for pickup and the next morning it was flat again. Returned it and they tried to patch it again but was unable to get patch to hold and said my tires was trash and wanted to sell me four new ones. Even though my tires was close to the indicators with decent treads they said they could not fix the one and I told them to just install it back on truck with the small leak. Usually a small hole could have been plugged or patch from the inside like they always did my whole life. I bought these tires with the road hazard warranty on them but I feel that they didn’t stand behind their word. The Cold Spring location has proven time and again I can trust them. This past visit, I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I also asked to have my air filter replaced, forgetting that I had this done two changes back. When I picked up the car, they informed me that the filter was fine.
