- Rating 5.0February 17, 2024Clay and the rest of the staff at this location go above and beyond to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road, safely. My vehicle came in without an appointment and needed multiple repairs (brakes,rotors, wheel bearings, etc). They started on it right away and stayed after hours to make sure I was able to leave with my vehicle that night. (around 6/7 hours) This kind of customer service is so rare! The mechanic (David?) showed me step by step what was needed and why. They were honest and didn’t add a bunch of charges on like some places will. I’ll never use another shop again. These guys need a raise! I am so happy with the work they did and their customer service. While I was waiting I saw many people come with different needs and you could just tell they are genuine with everyone that comes in. He's a guy you can trust. Always busy and will schedule you in ASAP. Whether you are just getting a tire repaired or buying some of their really good used tire sets or new tires they will always treat you right. I have trusted them since I moved to this area in 2011. It's not always easy to find people that are honest and super helpful but you definitely won't go wrong when letting them do a job for you. I wish them all the best. Back in February I was in a bind—my mother in NY was having sudden heart surgery and I needed to get there to help her with recovery, but my tires needed replaced badly, I couldn’t make the trip as they were. I had to be on the road within hours, and Clay moved mountains to make sure I got going safely and in time. Sometimes it’s about more than just performing a service—sometimes it’s about making sure a daughter can be there for her mother in her hour of desperate need. - Rating 1.0September 8, 2023Not sure this merger was a good idea. Apparently after being a satisfied customer of N. Ga Tire for 25+ years. Now I have doubts about the level of service or lack there of. After all the vehicles I’ve taken there over the years I’ve never left unhappy till now. This is no longer the same reliable trustworthy company it use to be.
Took a vehicle to get a front end alignment. Was told it wasn’t really out of alignment just needed to be tweaked. Afterwards it pulled to the right. Was told that it just needs to settle and seat (1st time in 25+ years hearing this ). They were very concerned however about quoting to align the rear end of a minivan for over $300 bucks. But apparently they were not concerned with properly doing the requested work to the front end which wasn’t pulling at all when dropped off the them. So keep in mind when using them they now have the big corporate attitude to up sell and not be concerned about the quality of service they provide. I personally will never take mine or my customers vehicles to them any longer. Very sad to see a big outfit come in and ruin the reputation of a long time standing small business in our town.Tire DiscountersSeptember 8, 2023Oh no, that doesn’t sound right!
