He suggested coming by the shop to see the tires available and compare them, so I could make a more informed decision. He spent a great deal of time explaining each feature, answering my questions, and giving me space to make an unpressured decision. I made my choice and sat in the lobby to wait.
During installation, Allen came into the waiting area to explain that the nut attached to the tire pressure sensor was stuck (because my tires was so overdue to be changed) on both rear tires and there was the possibility the sensors could be damaged in the process. Gratefully, all worked out well in the end, and I have a set of Nexens that I'm incredibly pleased with! I appreciated how the manager took me out there to show me exactly where my ball joints were leaking. I know I’m picky about customer service because it’s truly hard to find now days but the manger there today was absolutely great quality and you can tell he has good character too!!! When I got in my truck, the leather seats ( tan ) were covered in oil , which was actually puddled 😡. All over steering wheel, door armrest, center console, and even the door handle ( inside and outside handles ) even on the outside of my truck where obviously he rested his arm out the window for the 25 yard trip he had to take to drive around. The front manager was kind and came and helped me clean the truck inside and out. But this was definitely uncalled for in the first place. This truck lists for over 100,000.00 but I wouldn’t want any vehicle I own covered in oil and grease.
This is my first and only bad review I have ever left any place of business and I’m 55 years old. Still ticked off about this situation. Wont be back.
