They claimed it had expired. Although it still showed on their webpage. Was to call me back today but never heard from them. Hope this is not what I can expect going forward. Also, thought the quote included Road Hazard but was told it would be an additional cost after tires were installed. Get it in writing to prevent any confusion.
Well amazingly never heard back the next day from the person at the store in Athens. My husband marked the tires this time around because we were lied to the first time. Sure enough, they didn't rotate them. Then the manager told my husband that our van tires show feathering on them (our van only has 13,750 miles on it). I'm sure they do since y'all have never rotated them the two times we have brought the vehicle in. The manager did get an employee to rotate them after my husband told him the tires were marked. The fact that this has happened multiple times, shows this location has a problem with honesty. They lost our business for good. I'm sure management is aware of this issue and doesn't feel the need to fix it. We have friends who had the same issue with this location. I get that they may be short staffed but that's not a good excuse to cut corners. At the end of the day, that cost us more money with wear and tear on our tires. Or is that the business model you all prefer? Do you want us to need tires sooner? With the prices of everything going up, it's a slap in the face to the consumer that gives your company business. You have lost this customer and we will be warning our friends and family to avoid Tire Discounters.
