I had to fix the vehicle for her. terrible service and terrible mechanics! would not recommend this place to anyone!!! done things to the vehicle that didn't need to be done. brake line flush???? coolant flush???? knock sensor???? tune up with plugs and wires????? didn't need any of this. the vehicle had a stopped up catalytic converter. I took in for first rotation and they were pretty prompt on getting done. Second rotation I called ahead 3 days for an appointment/ The day I chose they said it was wide open so made an appointment for 9:30 in the morning. Arrived at 9:15 that morning. They took information and I sat down to wait. At 11:00 they had still not gotten to my car. Asked how long it would be and they told me could be as much as an hour. Why they could not have told me when I checked in that it would be a while I do not know. I had to be at another place so I left. Waited on the front desk guy for almost 10 minutes while he ignored me and pecked on keyboard. Car had been ready but I had to call. I’m not even sure my oil was changed now. Unnecessary recommendations for repair. I had my brakes replaced here, which still squeal, but he never bothered to check and said I should have them replaced based on mileage. When I took the car back for squealing breaks they told me it was condensation and was fine. - Rating 1.0November 20, 2021Purchased 4 Michelin tires for my truck. As part of the package it comes with alignment. After having paid the 1200+ for the tires they were done with me. I asked to explain the alignment and the guy acted annoyed that I was trying understand what I was seeing. Then walked out to the truck to find that every tire was missing the valve cap. They replaced a sensor package with the install and now I have no idea which tire goes with what sensor as it’s displayed (now, in their defense on this not sure they do a reset but I will have to get that done). Driving down the road something felt off so checked the pressure from the display and attached was a picture (some over inflated while others under). I won’t be going to this store again. When I picked it up on Saturday, the ABS brake lights and traction control lights were on. I immediately went back inside and explained the issue. They told me they would handle it. I called back on Monday and they said it was a tire pressure sensor so they replaced it. It didn’t fix the issue. They then said it’s a different tire pressure sensor so they would replace all of them at no charge. I called today, 6 days later, and they tried to tell me that it’s a steering control sensor and that I would have to pay for it plus pay for the other three tire pressure sensors. The manager claimed that it now wasn’t their fault and that they didn’t have anything to do with the issues despite it happening immediately after they worked on it with no prior issues on the truck. So 6 days later, no truck, and trying to make me pay for repairs for issues that they caused. They failed to replace the boot and never got the rotate and balance done on my second truck before closing. Had 6 hours to get second truck done.
