I rolled into their parking lot and pulled up to an open bay, my tire was completely flat at this time, Taylor came to my rescue! Quickly assessing the damage to my tire and that it was too worn to be plugged, he looked and had the exact same tire in inventory which the put on my truck. Within 45 minuets, I was fixed and on my way! - Rating 1.0September 28, 2022this place is horrible. they take advantage of you. my sister took her vehicle in for repair. 1800.00 dollars later, the vehicle was in worse shape then it was when she took it in for repair. I had to fix the vehicle for her. terrible service and terrible mechanics! would not recommend this place to anyone!!! done things to the vehicle that didn't need to be done. brake line flush???? coolant flush???? knock sensor???? tune up with plugs and wires????? didn't need any of this. the vehicle had a stopped up catalytic converter. I took in for first rotation and they were pretty prompt on getting done. Second rotation I called ahead 3 days for an appointment/ The day I chose they said it was wide open so made an appointment for 9:30 in the morning. Arrived at 9:15 that morning. They took information and I sat down to wait. At 11:00 they had still not gotten to my car. Asked how long it would be and they told me could be as much as an hour. Why they could not have told me when I checked in that it would be a while I do not know. I had to be at another place so I left. Sticker not replaced nothing mileage. Waited on the front desk guy for almost 10 minutes while he ignored me and pecked on keyboard. Car had been ready but I had to call. I’m not even sure my oil was changed now. Unnecessary recommendations for repair. I had my brakes replaced here, which still squeal, but he never bothered to check and said I should have them replaced based on mileage. When I took the car back for squealing breaks they told me it was condensation and was fine.
