Service is horrible, they’ve messed up my appointments countless times. Customer service is bad and they always make excuses for mistakes they made. No accountability. Stay safe out there!Rating 1.0January 10, 2025I bought 4 new tires at Tire Discounters on Wall Triana with the road hazard warranty. The sales man couldn't be nicer. But when I needed a damage tire fix or replaced he said he didn't have the tire but would have it by the next day and set an appointment for the following day at 5 PM.
The next day I called about 430 and said I might be five minutes late and he said no problem. I arrived at 5:05 and he told me he didn't have the tire and couldn't help me. I explained that the tire was damaged and I took a chance just coming there with it again he told me he couldn't help me. He didn't even offer to look at the tire to see if it could be patched. He said the shop on cabela drive had four of the tires and I could go over there. When I walked out he said be careful, I was so upset and wondered if he would have sent his mother or wife off with a damaged tire. Buy then it was about 5:20 and traffic in Madison is horrible so I went home and was grateful the tire made it . Someone should have called or told me when I called that they didn't have the tire. I think he just wanted to go home and wasn't making money off of a warranty. Other than the gentleman trying to do a very hard sale on some tires I couldn't afford at the moment, everyone was nice and professional enough. There just seems to be very big disconnects between what is offered online and what is available locally.
