I purchased 4 new tires. At 60 miles an hour it became obvious the balance job wasn't good. They corrected that problem. But after driving over 40 miles, the "check tire pressure" display wouldn't turn off. Turns out they didn't inflate the tires to the correct pressure. I can understand the balance error. I was told at the counter as long as hold my steering wheel it will go straight but as soon as I let go of the wheel at 20 mph I might as well as been on a circle track. So something’s clearly wrong there, I took my truck to the bethel rd location and they had no issues at all, they even saved my before and after alignment which clearly shows that the stelzer rd location didn’t even try. A gentleman came out and checked all the tires and filled them all up. He didn't charge me a penny. I went in today because the tire was still leaking. They told me it would be 24.99 to patch the tire and balance it. After the work was finished, Nate called me up to the counter, handed me my keys and the paper work as usual. I go to hand Nate my credit card and he refused it. Nate told me that he wasn't going to charge me for the work today. Not that 25 dollars is a lot but around this holiday season it makes a difference. The techs were very honest and optimistic about my predicament, really setting me at ease for what could have been a very stressful ordeal. They were honest, and genuinely had my safety and my budget in mind. I had an honest conversation with the techs and the store manager (?) regarding the "bad news" but their professionalism and care made everything so much easier stress-free. When we arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment, sales person stated they were running behind and it would be 1.5 hours (not a big deal). Drove the vehicle home after service was completed and noted a small oil spot on the garage floor. Checked the oil level and it was one inch above the max full line on the dip stick. Sales person indicated this was acceptable in that the filter and ports just need time to fill. Have a great one.Rating 3.0February 26, 2017I took my cargo van in to have a tire patched because it had a nail in it, and they did patch the tire (which I purchased the set from TD)
but the employee doing the job was so busy talking to another employee that he didn't pay attention to the way the tire was mounted so I have one tire with the white wall out and 3 with the white wall in!! Didn't notice it untill I got home later that night. I took my car up a few weeks later to have a tire on it patched (also tires bought from TD) and they told me that they couldn't patch it cuz it had to be at least one inch from the edge of the tire, so I got a tape measure out and showed that it was more then an inch from the edge and then the guy changed his story up and said it had to be at least two finger widths from the edge!!( I have always been told a tire can be patched as long as its in the tread)I told him to make up his mind on which lie he was trying to feed me!
