- Rating 5.0November 1, 2023Tire Discounters on E Broad St in Reynoldsburg is very organized and efficient and I'm guessing Sam is a big reason for that as he seems to be well organized and knows his stuff which is harder and harder to find these days. I needed 4 new tires put on and didnt have anyone to pick me up, but Sam quickly offered to call me an uber to get me back home and said he would have them pick me back up once the work was completed, which was again very efficiently done and showed a lot of respect for my time. This is a Class A shop and I will definitely return here for my future auto service needs as they also offer an extensive list of other services that I was unaware of. Had an appointment on August 14th for tire rotation and to have a sensor plugged in on my rear tire after a hub replacement. The sensor and wire were fine, just needed someone with a better view to attach. Also had a slow leak in a tire. Had to get two new tires, didn't have to pay full price (thank you road hazard!). I was told by the service person and the manager that they believed they had attached the sensor and it might take driving a little bit down the road for the error message on my dash to go away. I don't know vehicles and have trusted this store for YEARS!!
On August 28th, after having to have an appointment at the dealer to fix this issue, I was informed that the where the sensor attaches to the hub was broken and the only way to fix this is to replace the brand new hub! They wanted to charge an additional $900.
I won't be returning to this location, if I even return to TD at all.
I was lied to and damage was done that I cannot afford to fix right now.

Returned at 7:45. First person in the store. Guy asked if I had an appointment. I said no. He said they can't get me in today without even looking at his screen. No empthay in his voice or anything. I know the store does walk ins. Horrible experience. NTB across the street said I can leave it and they would get me done. Great customer service included.
