- Rating 1.0February 24, 2024I would like to know what has changed!!! I have been dealing with Mr.Durham for a few years and I am more then upset with the current situation!! I was in for a state inspection it took 2.5 hours just to get a rejection. It has never in the 4 plus years has it ever taken this long. Your personal in the back behind the glass need to realize that the glass is not sound proof! Mr Durham went back to check on my car and was told by some dirty looking old man well waiters mean wait!! Mr Durham came out to try and let me know that my car did not pass and the service manager would be bringing me out an estimate. When he came out he immediately berated Mr Durham and said here is the paperwork!!! There were just scribbled writing on it. I said is this how you treat your manager he said oh GM only means general maintenance I felt so embarrassed for Mr Durham. You have a dedicated employee with Mr Durham and should feel proud of that. lost there state inspector--lost there under the hood specialist, took my car there week of 3/13 for inspection and oil change---Cant do the inspection, the dude quit--ok left car there for oil change, told the customer service guy, I wanted a synthetic oil change, even had a coupon for a discount stating for a synthetic oil change--for that as well and left coupon with him--------never called when car was ready 1st mistake---2nd when I went to pick up and gave me the invoice---never used my coupon and he had to go back and re-do the invoice---when I got home noticed on invoice used regular conventional oil which I ''never requested"""-----I just wish customer service would take time-- listen to the customers requests or instructions--aka write them down and just may be just may be we wouldnt have these kind of blips and blemishes--in the near future--hope they get there act together--I hate going to NTB for service---been going to Thompson for umteen years we are a 3 car familyTire DiscountersMarch 17, 2023Joe, our apologies that we did not meet your expectations, seems like we have had some misses here!
