    Great Customer Service! I had a cover under my car that was flapping from a broken pin. Stopped in to see if I could make an appointment to get it looked at. They found a pin that fit, fixed it in the parking lot, and I was on my way.

    Kelly the TD Manager was exceptional professionally, polite, knowledgeable of procedures and products needed to get my service needs accomplished. Great customer interface and followup. The service mechanic was meticulate in his work ethic and completed the repair of my car in a quick and knowledgeable manner.
    I highly recommend this Tire Discount Service Center for there car’s repair needs. I will continue to take my car to them going forward for a pleasant car repair experience. Pricing was accurate and fair overall

    You will not find better service anywhere on the planet. Kind, friendly, courteous, are just a few words that come to mind. First and foremost they have your best interest in mind, that is to meet your needs as quickly and fairly as possible. We had our truck towed to their shop from another much larger business service center to have them perform the same job for one third the cost. They run their business the way all businesses should, to serve their customers honestly and in good faith.

    My family and I ran into a issue on the way home we were 1600 miles away from home and could not find the tire we needed anywhere the staff here went above and beyond to help us get the tire we needed from another location from over a hour away and get us on the road home. Kelly, Casey and James are definitely a five star team !! We can not thank them enough. They definitely made a stressful time less stressful.

    Can’t say enough nice things about this place...
    Driving back from New York to our home in El Paso Texas we blew a tire on our Yukon. It’s Saturday and very few places open with a 24 inch tire in stock. Casey,James and Kelly went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Ordering the tire from another location 45 min away then going to pick it up for us. Unbelievable work ethic and honesty. Paid an extremely fair price my tire and was back on the road in no time. Great Job guys keep up the good work!!

    My daughter is in school at Tech. She was leaving work and saw she had a flat tire. The next day, Saturday, I tried desperately to find a place that we could get her car to and get the tire repaired same day. We are from a larger city so not a big deal, right. Wrong! I called several shops. All were either too busy for a tire repair or closed. Until I called Tire Discounters on Roanoke St. Angel was an angel! She not only agreed to look at my daughter’s car, the tire was repaired AND delivered back to my daughter while she was at work. The best way for me to repay their kindness and concern for my daughter’s safety is leaving this review! THANK YOU ANGEL

    Traveling over the holiday season I picked up a screw in my tire on I-81 and was able to get a tow to the shop where they were able to fit me in. We acknowledged that I would need tires soon, but that for now mine were still roadworthy and the one could be patched. I appreciated the honesty and transparency from J. and his team. They are truly fantastic and highly recommend their work and products. Thanks for working an unexpected tire repair into your schedule and getting this traveler and her guard cat back on the road!
