My wife bought a black silverado trail boss. She tasked me with the challenge of finding the right wheels and tires for it. Kelly really understood what I was trying to accomplish. He really took the time, and worked extra hard to help me find the perfect wheels and tires. This was a 2 week process, because often when we thought we found the right wheels, we tried to order it and it was either out of stock or discontinued. He never stopped looking. He even called me one day, after business hours, which was not a problem saying that I'm sending you a picture of a wheel and for me to show it to my wife. After 2 weeks of searching, We finally found wheels and tires that she was very happy with. Kelly,thank's again for your patience and help with this challenging process. - Rating 5.0March 8, 2024I needed to get a tire replaced. I have a lifted truck and originally had taken it to Walmart, but they couldn't do it. I called around and finally found this place and they were able to fit me in. When I got there, Tiffany was so friendly and welcoming, I now consider us Bestie's.
Tiffany and Kelly were super knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process so I felt comfortable. They answered every single question I had and had no problems taking the time to make sure I was satisfied.
