I think if they stop listening to the people on the outside instead on the inside,they can correct their errors and make it a better business. If a customer wants to price matching, ask the customer to bring the quotes in and if the business gives a customer a quote stand by it. All parts, repairs and service should be guaranteed under warranty to the customer to bring back. It's a cost to the customer. After talking with Pete and Will, I learned that the trailer tires deteriorated over time even though the tread looked fine, so with Pete’s recommendation I replaced all the tires on my trailer, actually upgraded to better tires, and got a great price. I was able to pull off to the shoulder of the road safely.
My vehicle tires are staggered, so you cannot rotate them. Maserati are made for speed and the rear tires are larger than the front tires. 245/35 in the front and 285/35 in the rear. Technician Will Hart helped me order two new front tires that were delivered the next day. I was impressed with the speed of tire delivery.
