- Rating 5.0January 25, 2025Took our Suv to the store in Franklin that used to be called Drake Tire to have 2 new tires installed. After waiting almost 3hrs "with a appointment" they tried to charge me almost double what Jessica had told me plus didn't balance the tires because their machine was broken. Something they should of told me before removing my tires.
Went to get in the car and the tpms light was on. "It wasn't on before"
They came out and looked at it and claimed to of fixed the issues said I needed to drive it for 15-20 miles. It didn't fix it. I had already seen the attitude in Jessica so wasn't going to bother even trying to go back again.
Spoke with Michelle at the Emporia store and was told to bring by there. Didn't have a appointment or anything. Just stopped by. Michelle took the keys before I got in the building and handed them to a mechanic named Dusty. It wasn't but maybe 10mins I was handed the keys back and the issue was fixed at no charge!! Way to go guys Thanks!!

It’s disappointing to hear about the delay and the issues with the tire installation and TPMS light.
