alignment, brakes, flushes, etc) on the advice of the dealership. Zakk happily accommodated my requests, made sure to let me know if I didnt want to wait at the shop they could offer me a free ride to and from my house. A little while into the tire install he comes back out and lets me know that while he is perfectly happy to go ahead with the brake service, it actually wasn't needed right now. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars! I was also surprised that there wasn't any hard upselling going on. Zakk made sure to let me know my options but there was absolutely no pressure to do anything. Grade A service!! There was a sign saying that the mission of this store is to make customers for life and I have to say, mission accomplished! I will be sending all of my family and friends to this location. The service here cannot be beat and the pricing beat out competitors on my brand/make of tires by a couple hundred dollars. Service time was a little longer than quoted, but it was worth the wait they do excellent work and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my Honda Civic in the area.
