- Rating 2.0June 25, 2023I drove in off the interstate with a loss of power problem. The mechanic did a good job finding the problem. 1 spark plug wire was cracked and burnt. He put 6 new wires in. I couldn't believe the bill when it came time to pay. $97.12 for the wires and $269.75 for labor and $ $39.61 for shop supply fees ? I told them I was from out of state and trying to get back to Ohio. My mistake. I should've lied and said I was local. I gave 2 stars for the mechanic who did a good job, 0 for being taken advantage of. I know the manager will dispute my review and have excuses that I can't reply to afterwards but when my van was done he still made me wait until after closing and no one else was there before he gave me my bill in case I wanted to throw a fit and yell. They quickly repaired it and would not except any payment. We spend the last seven hours of our car ride constantly putting air in the tires. We called and called around and no one could help us. Either they were too busy and couldn’t get us in or asked us to keep our car there overnight. We finally called this place and Kevin was a Godsend. They were about to close but he still waited for us to come so that he could help us. He was very nice and respectful and extremely professional and took care of us fast enough so we could get to our destination three hours away. What should have been the worst thing about the trip turned out to be the best.
