If you ever need anything else, we're here to roll with you.Rating 1.0May 4, 2025Had an oil change on 4/12, started getting a low oil pressure warning within days, took to the dealership, thinking something major was wrong. Discovered that there wasn’t enough oil. Car takes 5.5 liters, I was billed for 5 liters at the appointment on 4/12. When the oil was drained at the dealership, there was only 4 quarts on oil. Dealership checked for leaks and none were found. The only thing that makes sense is that not enough oil was put in at the oil change on 4/12. The technician took a really long time and seemed very frustrated, like he was unsure what he was doing. I understand that mistakes can be made but this was a very serious mistake, I was billed for supplies that I did not receive and had to pay for another oil change and service fee at the dealership.
