Then mushroomed my axle and tried to claim it was me after the axle nut was already off the car. Newsflash, the axle nut couldn’t have came off if the axle was mushroomed to begin with. They did fix the studs so they could get the car off the lift, but I was on hook for the cost of new studs and lugnuts. I am also out of pocket $860 in aftermarket titanium studs and lugnuts that they destroyed. Admitted on video Hayden Purcell the GM would get me security footage then when I came in to pick up my car he said I would have to get in contact with corporate to retrieve that footage. Ironic that every stud at the on the first 3-10 threads is crossed threaded, but the rest of the stud isn’t. That being said it’s literally impossible for this to be my fault considering I drove my car 30min to this store with the lug nuts fully fastened. I have had problems in the past with their techs mounting and balancing new tires leaving me leaky valve stems. It was a matter of time honestly. Only took 2 times of physically bring my car in instead of just wheels and tires for one of their careless techs to screw up. These guys genuinely screwed up and they know it. But yeah, these guys are willing to screw over a 20 year old kid with not a lot pocket change laying around, just imagine what they would do to you…especially if you don’t know anything about cars. Also, I am return customer. Was able to get the spare on and had to find a place first thing in the morning due to needing to be checked out of the vacation rental by 10.
