I was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours for them to complete a simple oil change. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change tire rotation and balance I waited for about an hour before they told me anything about what was going on with my vehicle and it was the first one pulled in at about 8:45. The older lady had a snobby attitude when she wrote me up. She never wrote up my vehicle and as soon as she got done she walked away. There was no info she just took my keys and told me she would be with me in a minute. She never came back! An older gentleman finally after 2 hours called my name to let me know my vehicle was done! However I had a nail in my tire and it was leaking and my passenger inner tie rod is loose and I was never informed of these! If they can’t communicate nicely and effectively with each other they’re not going to with me or anyone else! I witnessed a young girl who seemed to be a mechanic being verbally abused by a female manager. I genuinely felt so awful for this girl. She began crying while being yelled at for lord knows what. I really hope management takes control of this terrible situation. This lady needs to be handled. I will not be returning to a place that treats their employees with such disrespect and pure nastiness. If I could give this location 0 stars I definitely would. When I got home, my wife noticed and usual smell coming from the car while it was sitting in the garage. When I backed my car out there was a large oil stain left that was not there before. I opened my hood and there was oil all over the engine, the compartment, as well as it had spewed onto my windshield as I was driving. Came back a week later , they told me the balance was not correct so they “fixed that for free” and I got an oil chage and alignment.
Now my car driver worse than ever , thought sounds were just from rotation as sometimes their are noises for a little then slowly subside over time.
Well was not the case . Now my suspension is all messed up when they inspected it or so they say everything was just fine. (That was less than month 1/2 ago.
Car is driving worse then ever already came out of alignment etc. and no I have not ran over huge pothole or hit any curbs . This is the only car my family has to get to work and home and groceries etc. NONE OF THE ISSUES I AM HAVING NOW HAPPENED UNTIL ME COMING TO THIS PLACE 2x to get fixed what they did not do . Now their is damage to other parts of my suspension system. Car feels horrible to drive like the back end Will break off at any second. When I reached out they said they need to speak to the regional manager and could take 24-48 hours until they advise what he said . As I told them they should fix what is wrong in suspension or anything else dude to the fact it wasn’t done the 1st time and not properly balanced wheels can cause other issues. So what I have to loose out on my pay check and put you more money to fix what your negligence caused?
